Description of Work: Snaked a backed up kitchen sink. They were very responsive and worked with me to try to get the fastest appointment possible. I have also used them last summer for a main drain snake, which was also super fast and effective. The only reason I gave a B on price was that the price seemed a little high for just a sink, but I'm inclined to say "oh well" because they were able to come quickly. Also the technician noted on the invoice that he took apart the P trap, which is false because my husband did that the night before in an effort to fix it ourselves. I'm assuming he meant to write "re assembled". I would use them again, and I have referred some friends to them as well for urgent needs.

Description of Work: Replaced & installed a part in furnace. The owner, Rick, was very professional & prompt. However, there was a blunder in scheduling when contacting his office that was not my error. The scheduler was not very tactful or professional. When contacting him directly, we were able to schedule a satisfactory time.

Description of Work: Repaired two toilets which were leaking - have done similar work for us in the past. Ducting for air return damaged in remodel project. Replaced, rerouted and improved ducting. Problem with air flow in two rooms - performed a camera observation and found the culprit. Their work is outstanding, performed timely, alternative solutions explained clearly.

Description of Work: Had a major problem with my sewer line which needed to be replaced. They showed me with a camera in the pipes what was wrong and why it needed to be replaced. Very professional company. Got an estimate the same day I called and the job was scheduled quickly, and completed a week later. Although the job was costly, they underbid another company by several thousand dollars. They warranteed the work for 5 years and I now have peace of mind!

Description of Work: They came out to do routine maintenance on out air conditioning unit and repair a toilet. They were very professional. They repaired an old air conditioning unit and are helping us prepare for the eventuality of having to replace the unit in the next few years. The toilet works great! We will have them back in the fall for maintenance. Prices are remarkably reasonable.
