The estimator and the installer seemed good. They were very practical in the solutions to the problems. They were supposed to call me when they were coming to do the work, but failed to do so. I didn't consider that to be a big issue since it was only minor repair work. If I need any other work done I will definitely consider them again for it.

They did a good job. I was fairly happy with the job. I thought that the prep work was not done as carefully as it could have been. There were some nails left all over the place. I waited for several weeks for him to correct one little piece and there could have been some miscommunication there.

Gutter installers arrived about noon. There were three workmen. They tore off the old gutters, downspouts, and hardware. About 1.5 hrs later the fix it person arrived. He repaired the bad place in the fascia. The 3 installers then hung the new gutters and downspouts. They caulked the corner joints. Then they installed the flashing. During installation they also removed and killed the occupants of a wasps nest found under some roof tiles at the edge of the roof. They ran out of material at the end of the job, so they took about an hour and went back to the shop for additional material to finish. All removed material was hauled away when they left to get the additional material. The job took until about 6PM to finally finish. The installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They did not mind when I periodically walked around the house to see what they were doing. In fact, whomever was near where I was looking explained what he was doing at that time and what the next step would be. The three men worked together well and I enjoyed listening to the jokes and various voices they used to communicate to each other. (Arnold Schwarzenegger was a favorite.) Overall, a great job. One thing to maybe fix....I had no idea what time they would arrive and I wanted to be there to watch the process. If they could have said morning or afternoon arrival - I could have gone to my exercise class. This is NOT a major thing.
