 + -1 moreThey came out and lit the pilot light and charged me double since it was a holiday. They just lit and then left. The light went back out and I called them. They didn't warranty it and so they wouldn't come back out without charging me again.
Description of Work: The furnace went out and needed repaired.

 + -1 moreThey were very friendly, cordial and patient and answered all my wife's questions and and were patient with explaining future options for replacement.
Description of Work: My air conditioner is blowing air but I can't hear the normal humming on the unit outside only the fan ( the house did not cool at all for the latter part of the day yesterday).
