This is a very professional contractor. The crew shows up and works; communication with us was prompt and easy; cleanup every day was impressive. When the work was done we needed them to return to build the threshold higher, against the rain. They came in good time, and will come back if the next rain shows that we need more attention. Our experience with Mihaly was so good that we feel confident that they will honor their word--no higher praise exists, in my opinion

Our overall experience was extremely positive. The entire crew were professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. Fun too! The techniques used were not what we expected, but the finished product is excellent with a couple defects that need attention.

It went great. He and his crew were fast and they even finished the flooring and gave me suggestions for care.

For the shop project, he helped me conceptualize the dimensions, materials, timeframe, and finances beforehand which was a great help and he even found a way for me to reduce expenses by working on the project along with the crew. He provided much of the materials because he has access to lumber from his own forestry projects and worked with several design changes that I had over the course of the project. He suggested a couple of upgrades to the project that I'm glad I did and suggested some cost savings that I often didn't choose but appreciated his suggestions. He's very dependable and trustworthy and a strong manager...his crew seems to really like and respect him and they work well together. In addition to managing, he plugs right in with the work and is very capable and talented. For the chainsaw work, he's safe and very efficient. He's got a lot of forestry experience and can really offer in this area. He was able to turn the wood into lumber and put it to good use where many other people would just dump it or burn it. It's very important to him to use the resources wisely.

We are very satisfied with the gorgeous railings. They have transformed our decks. See above, the cost was a little higher than estimate because we had him do some additional tasks. Billing was appropriate.
