The service was exceptionally good. We consistently get good value for our money.
Description of Work: Matt Wilson recently repaired our laptop computer promptly. He replaced the motherboard in our Dell laptop and upgraded it to Windows Vista. In addition, he added many other features and greatly expanded its memory. He is also responsive to our needs whenever our home computer needs repair, maintenance or upgrades.

Jesse charged $50.00/hr which was a good price for tech support. However, he did not use his time effectively and he did not have good problem solving skills. I resolved most of the issues using tech support lines 1800 # for the new HP Laptop.
Description of Work: Hired Jesse, an associate to Matt Wilson to assist me with moving my home office to another room in my house. The estimate Matt gave was for $250.00 (this was an approx. phone estimate). I explained that this involved moving phone lines, fax machine and internet cable as well as networking my daughters PC. I had another company take care of the internet cable lines as well as the phone lines.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY VERY GOOD. THEY ARE PROMPT, RELIABLE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. TOLD ME IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE AND FIXED THEM RIGHT AWAY.

THIS IS A GREAT FIND. MATT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS PROMPT AND VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THINGS COMPUTER RELATED. HIS ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED EXPERTLY AND ON TIME.
Description of Work: I HAD A OLDER COMPUTER THAT I WANTED TO UPDATE SO THAT MY DAUGHTER COULD USE IT FOR SCHOOL. THE HARD DRIVE WAS CLEANED, SOFTWARE REINSTALLED AND EVERYTHING WAS UPDATED.
