 + -1 moreMY SON INSERTED A TOY INTO OUR DISK DRIVE AND SEAN CASEY HAD TO REPLACE IT. HE DID SO EFFORTLESSLY! HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER EVEN THE SIMPLEST QUESTION.
Description of Work: DISK DRIVE REPLACEMENT AND SOFTWARE RE LOADING. AFTER MY COMPUTER CRASHED, I NEEDED TO REINSTALL ALL OF MY PROGRAMS AND ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE.
