Matt was our sales representative. He is responsive to phone calls/emails and knowledgeable. All members of the Mercury team (engineers, installers, etc.) were professional and helpful throughout the process. The paperwork process is timely and you should not expect quick approval by municipalities and Atlantic County Electric. It takes several weeks. Our solar installation was inspected and approved by Egg Harbor Township and NJ state personnel. We are very pleased with the outcome.

the mechanics seemed scared when the inverter went into a fault and promised that some one will be there to take care of it, well no one showed up and I cleared the fault using the directions the mechanics were scared to use. The company called after 5:00 to ask about it and i told them i cleared the code to little to late, to this date 10/6/12 i still have not received any paperwork on the meter and what to do with the NJ solar rebates. over all i wil not recomend them the only thing they do promptly is charge your credit card

The entire experience went very well. Work was behind schedule because of weather, however, once it started it proceeded smoothly and quickly. Work was well done, site cleaned very well at the end of each day and all waste promptly hauled away. Workers were courteous at all times and communicated with us as the project proceeded. Once installation was complete the follow-up for instruction and the turning on of the system was prompt and unhurried with all questions fully answered. The only glitch in the entire experience was during the period when rebate applications were going to the State. We were told that the salesman would be in weekly contact via email about the progress of the application, but that never happened unless we initiated contact.
