Description of Work: House Remodeling (structural repair, Bathrooms Flooring, Landscape Grading, New Laundry Room), New Windows, Misc. All were done to my time-limited schedule over two years as I lived abroad at the time and was in the house only a couple of weeks every 4-6 months. Josh was a real pleasure to work with.

+ -1 moreEverything went great from start to finish. Josh was very easy to work with, the price was very fair and the end product was beautiful. The project was completed very efficiently and much faster than expected. No complaints! We were very happy!
Description of Work: They removed a half-wall between our kitchen and family room and then installed a drywall ceiling beam to create separation between the rooms. As part of this wall removal, the electrical outlet was also moved and necessary painting was done. They also repositioned the hanging point for our light fixture and installed a new fixture over our dining room table.
