 + -1 moreI don't recall what their rate was. The price was reasonable. They were right on time. They came when expected and solved the problem. That is what we wanted done.
Description of Work: I used IT Lady for computer repairs. It was my husbands computer and they cleaned it up.

 + 0 moreLexi was fantastic! I have never worked with a tech support person who was as friendly and personable as she is. I was very impressed by how easily she could explain things to me in regular English that I could understand. She did a great job not only setting up the domain and email stuff, but also showing me how to use it all. I LOVE my personalized email account and I LOVE that it's so easy to share calendars and documents.
Description of Work: Lexi helped me select and purchase a custom domain on GoDaddy, and then she help set up Google Apps hosting for email, docs, calendar, etc. She walked me through creating several email accounts, and showed me how to use all the various Google services.
