They replaced exterior doors that were old and damaged with much more efficient ones. The first door included a storm door that the previous installer had taken short cuts with by dropping the storm door down to clear some vinyl siding that had been installed on the porch ceiling. Jeff corrected all the problems with the prior bad install. The next door he did was one that I asked him to do whenever he had time. He contacted me with each job, showed up on time, and was very professional. He pays a lot of attention to detail.

Overall the renovation went great. In the end it took an extra week (was supposed to only take 1 week for everything), but a combination of massive flooding in the area and some other personal issues came up to make it take longer. Jeff was great at letting us know what was going on and why and got it finished up as soon as he possibly could, totally outside of his control and I wanted it done right instead of rushing to get it finished when he wasn't capable of taking the proper time. The only reason I gave a B for responsiveness was that it took some time to get everything completely finished, but I don't think this was really through any fault on their part. The quality was pretty great, but we have noticed a few tiny flaws here and there with the glass tile work they did, probably more an A- than a B, but we are still really happy and would use him again in a heartbeat. Between the time we planned the remodel and when we were actually able to start we ran into some financial issues, Jeff was fantastic with helping us figure out how to scale things back in a way that was the most efficient. We have a few projects left to do to finish everything up, but they should all be quick and easy to do without having to re-do anything that was done. He was also great with quoting some other work around the house, we are definitely going to be using him once we have the money saved up to do some work in the kitchen and finish up the bathroom! Jeff didn't do the tile work himself, but he checked in almost every day, Jan did a great job with it, overall very happy. He did take care of the electrical and plumbing himself. They were both fantastic with our son (1 1/2 years old) and worked around naps and safety gates, etc as necessary.
