Working on the side of a mountain is not for the faint hearted, and not only did your team never complain, but always worked with a smile, a whistle, and an appreciation for the beauty around you. What a delight to work together. As we all know, this project held some unique challenges, and we are grateful for your thoughtful, creative, and cost-effective approaches. We don’t expect that many of your projects will require your team to learn Chinese to put together a staircase delivered in hundreds of parts, but it is a perfect example of how you always go the extra-mile.:) Because of your thorough planning approach, your budget and timing estimates were spot on!
