Description of Work: We purchased a king-sized bed frame, box spring and mattress, 4 bedside tables, reclining couch, reclining love seat, reclining chair, coffee table, two lighted curio cabinets and an ottoman.

 + -1 moreJay was great. He and his team were true pros. Communication was mostly good with the exception of one time when it took a few days to get an update. Otherwise, I can only say positive. His price was very fair. The driveway looks incredible.
Description of Work: He replaced existing concrete driveway and added an additional space.

Description of Work: I went to the Fort Collins store, not the Longmont store. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy. I was interested in a china cabinet they had on the floor in a white stain, but I wanted what looked online like a gray stain. The salesperson obtained a sample of the gray stained wood, and since it turned out it looked quite green, rather than gray, I did not purchase it.

Description of Work: I PURCHASED AN END TABLE AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND THE QUALITY OF TABLE. I ALSO USED AN INDEPENDANT FURNITURE REPAIRMAN TO SERVICE MY DINING TABLE AND HE WAS EXCELLENT AND ABOVE ALL HONEST. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE HIM AGAIN.

Description of Work: Called to have flexsteel coach repaired. They came promptly, found it was not broken but just needed adjustments and they promptly made the adjustments. Works good as new. Thinking it was broken I would have paid for a repair but they just charged for an adjustment. Very honest.
