+ -1 more.Excellent. He is always on time and communicates well. I took over management of a property I own due to poor maintenance via the management company. There were alot of things that had supposedly been fixed. This means there were alot of neglected things that became disasters. Ted and Chris came in and fixed things correctly. They use quality materials and have the skills to produce a satisfactory end result. . I will be using him in the future for all maintenance on my building. He explains things well. My tenants are also very happy and find him pleasant to interact with
Description of Work: Plumbing, about 6 new values, 2 garbage disposals, wire a new outlet, floor thresholds into cement, sagging stair way, remove sub-floor, install new floor, re-seat toilet probably several other things as well

Willden Constructors, LLC offers the following services: We consider ourselves all around handymen that take pride in our work. We offer fencing, siding, re-models, door and window installation, and basement finishing. We build custom sheds, closets, gates, decks, and patios. We perform landscaping and sprinkler repair/installation. We paint houses (interior and exterior), perform roof repairs, and stain decks/fences.
Although we will install doors and stain new doors, we do not sand and re-finish doors, sorry!
