Wezig person was very professional and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly waht he was doing as he was doing it. He looked the site over and showed me all the vents he was going to clean and ensured there were no obstacles. He also cleaned out the heating element and informed me that all vents and were cleaned and free of debris. He then showed me where the debris was found and what it would take to remove it. The job was very thorough and very enlightening. My wife and I liked what was done since we did have the basement refinished, the heating smelled of plaster and we knew there was debris being circulated in the air. Now we can breather easier and we noticed a distinct difference right away.

I was very impressed with the technician that Welzig sent to our house. Even though he was running a little late, they called beforehand to notify me. I appreciated the job performed and tried to tip the technician, but he would not accept a tip and told me to spend it on my kid's for Christmas. I had to have them come back because our dryer was not working the same and we thought the vent was clogged. The technician apologized several times and spent the time to fix the problem and remove the clog. He encouraged me to call with any further problems. I gave them a B for responsiveness because it took longer than a week to schedule a return visit,. They were busy over the holidays.

Took advantage of offering on Angie's List. Welzig notified me within 30 minute after I placed the order and set up a time and date for the service. The technician arrived on schedule and introduced himself. We then went from room to room and I pointed out where the vents were located. He explained that he started at the top and worked down to the basement. He also explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. The technician was very courteous, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again when needed and would recommend them to anyone who inquires.

Tom was here just a little after the scheduled time of 8am, which worked out really well for us. He introduced himself to us and our pets, explained what he was going to do and asked if that was what we were expecting. Had me show him all the vents and the furnace room. Tom was very professional yet very friendly. I will certainly use Welzig Heating and Air in the future, and request Tom as the tech. if he is available.

They called to confirm several times. They arrived early, the person cleaning did an excellent job and went above and beyond. He showed me what he took out of vents, why he couldn't remove the glue in vents from original construction job. He showed me how to replace my furnace filter and I did it with him there, to be sure I got it right.

I used a coupon via. Angie's list and got a great deal. 199. For whole house. Service was on time and professionally conducted.

I had this service performed in June, but had forgotten about the lousy experience until today, when I received a nasty voicemail from Welzig saying I owed them money...more on that later. 3-4 months ago, I purchased an Angie's list deal for an AC tune and clean for $85. The service was for a rental property I own. When I called to make the appointment I gave them the code and scheduled the date. I was given an hour window between 11:00 AM and noon for when the service person would arrive to do the service. On the date of the service I left work, went to the property, let myself in, and waited on my tenant's couch for the service person to come. At 11:45, I received a call from Welzig, to inform me that the service person would be arriving around 12:10 due to a leak issue at the previous appointment. As I was away from work and not expecting to be outside my window, I asked the woman who had called if they could do their best to get there as early as possible. She snidely replied that it would only be 10 minutes past the window that I had signed up for, so wasn't that late. Fine, I could have done without the attitude, but I sat back on my tenant's couch to wait. At 12:40, I still hadn't heard anything from the service person. I called Welzig to ask what the status was, but got recorded message saying that they don't answer calls between 12:00 and 1:00. I understand giving employees a lunch break, but when you are a service oriented buisness, stagger the break, or find someone to cover. It's absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't get through to ANYBODY and was stuck on my tenants couch 45 minutes past the given window and 35 minutes past the time I had been updated with. At 1:00, I finally got through to someone and they told me the service person should be getting there soon. Sure enough I looked out the window, and there was the Welzig truck, an hour late. The service person was nice enough and apologetic, unlike the person I had spoken to on the phone who acted like the whole thing was my fault. He was surprised that they had told me 12:10 as he had told them that it would take much longer to fix the problem at the previous house. Anyway, he seemed nice enough and I suppose did a good job, but I have no way of knowing for sure. As I mentioned before, I had put the whole thing behind me and moved on until today. I was at work and was unable to answer the phone when Welzig called. I listened to the message when I had a chance and heard a very nasty message telling me that I owed Welzig money, something to the effect of and quot;you've owed us since June and we need that money NOWand quot; I called to find out what was going on and the person I spoke to (different than the one who left the message) said that they could see the Angies list coupon attached to my bill so I shouldn't have gotten a call. At any rate, Welzig may do decent work, but their customer service and organization is terrible.

We have been using them for over 2 years. We have also had them check our gas fire place. There was something wrong with it, and we did a cheap fix, but it has been working since. We have only had them 4 times, and different people come out. We like them. The first time we had them, we had a coupon, there was something in the paper that said $10 off our spring maintenance. We used them, and we were happy with them, so we continued. We once had them come out because our furnace didn't come on, and it was cold, and they came out that day.

The technician was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and performed the services in a professional and timely fashion. I thought the work that was done was great for the price point and will be dealing with Welzig again in the future.

A friendly professional from the company came and explained my options. He made it easy to understand the options. However, the quotes were pricey.

Welzig is a terrific company. We have actually used them in a previous residence as well, that had hot water heat (a boiler). They were great then and just as great this time with the air duct cleaning. The technician was very professional and able to answer my questions. It would have been helpful to know that once the ducts were cleaned out, that a bit of debris would be left behind on the floor or from the ceiling vents on the lower level. (I guess I should have expected that, but haven't had this done before) Anyway, I had to clean up a bit after he was done, but NO big deal, it was minimal. Otherwise, it was awesome! The house seems less dusty for sure. Thanks Welzig!

I called them early in the morning after my grandaughter woke me up drenched in sweat. The man I spoke to on the phone wasn't sure how fast they were going to be able to get to me but came out right away and fixed it. The technician showed up in uniform with a business card and was so friendly and knowledgable. They were patient with me and did a great job fixing the unit. I will be using them from now on. I would to recommend them to anyone, friends and family included. They are great.

The service was okay. They were just okay. We never really had that done before, and I expected it to be a big deal to have your vents cleaned, and it didn't seem like they did that much, they didn't remove so much dirt from my vents. It didn't impress me.

I wasn't impressed at all. When I called and then they were supposed to be here at 7:30 in the morning and they didn't arrive. They ended up arriving at 9:00 a.m. It's not really what I expected. I think that wasn't their main thing, I mean he went around and I guess I got what I paid for but I think they should have done a better job. I just don't think they're really equipped in doing their job in cleaning the vent. I probably got what I paid for because it wasn't that expensive but I was expecting like somebody having the right equipment. I would not recommend them for cleaning my vents. I would advise if you're in the business of cleaning the vent; you should have the right equipment. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

My experience with them went very well. There was just one guy, and he just worked. He guy was good, efficient, and knew what he was doing. I spent more than the Big Deal just because I wanted my dryer vents cleaned.

The tech arrived a little early, which wasn't an issue at all, and did a thorough job of explaining the process. He got to work and finished exactly in the time he expected. All in all they were wonderful to work with, I would use them again.

I requested the install during a pre-season special pricing period. Welzig provided a prompt install schedule and the installation was done within a day as planned. The new furnace and thermostat operated well and was indeed a comfort upgrade compared to my previous system. There were two minor issues which required callback and each was resolved quickly and without charge. I have used Welzig for an airconditioning upgrade and a furnace repair in the past. I find this team to be professional and competent and will use them again.

I was first disappointed in response from Welzig, but the time I had accepted their offer was at the same time the flood disaster hit Colorado so I soon changed my mind. Once I contacted them about the offer they were apologetic for not getting back to me. They set up a time for the Duct cleaning and was in contact with me days before the service to verify the date and time the service was to be performe. The

Everything worked well, but some small leaks appeared later in pipe fitting welds. one repairman was not up to speed on the instant hot water heater adjustment and diagnosis . Overall very good response and the pricing seemed right.
