Description of Work: I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for the work Weston Sanford has done with us over the past year and several visits. Last summer at our home in Louisville, we were introduced to Weston when he came out for an AC repair. It was determined that the best course of action was to put in a new AC unit and Weston was able to suggest a 2 stage Bryant unit and reviewed all the options with me which I greatly appreciate. Since then, we have had a couple calls to make some adjustments, replace a defective thermostat, and Weston has been nothing short of fantastic and a pleasure to work with during these visits. As an engineer, I ask a lot of questions to get a better understanding of what is occurring and Weston always takes the time to explain things and answer my questions.

+ -1 moreJoe, the service tech was prompt and even called to arrive on the early side. He was very professional and did a thorough job on a very old furnace. He checked for cracks and ensured integrity of the system. Ask for $89 inspection and tune-up special. Gave a discount on thermostat install from $80 down to $25. Money well spent! I plan to use them for future jobs. Although normally a 2 week lead time, they were able to get to me in only a few days.
Description of Work: Cleaning and tune-up of furnace. It hadn't been cleaned in ages. Replaced filter and thermocouple. Reconnected new thermostat. Checked for gas leaks and CO.
