Jock is completely knowledgeable, great aesthetics, and is a pleasure to work with. The very best person we worked with in a long series of providers in an extensive kitchen overall. He is so good at the design end that his installer discounts his installations because there are no problems. Although they aren't the cheapest, he will work within a budget, and will refuse to do something stupid if you ask him to (i.e. don't try to get him to design anything of poor quality). I can't say enough good things about him.

We had a pretty good experience with this company. They did make a mistake when measuring and did not bring the correct cabinets. We discussed it and only had to pay the difference for what they should have been originally. We thought they should have just absorbed that cost - because we knew if the mistake had been made by us we would have been paying the entire amount. Also, on those cabinets in question, shortly after they were installed the shelves started falling out because the side of the cabinets are bowing out. He has mailed us something for us to install to try and fix the problem. The 'fix' didn't work and we are still talking with them to try and solve the problem.
