+ 0 moreWe call Sullivan Septic on short notice with sewage backup. Sullivan come out the same day, it was late and dark outside. However, the gentleman stayed late until the problem was resolved. I was thankful to have called Sullivan Septic.
Description of Work: Helped troubleshoot septic problem, pumped out the septic tank and snaked the sewer line.

+ -1 moreThe lift station on our septic tank went out the night of Thanksgiving. We called Kevin the day after Thanksgiving and he was out within a few hours and had drained our septic tank and then replaced our lift station in a very timely manner. He was courteous and very helpful and informative. We were able to some other parts for the septic that we were needing and he was able to do it all. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them to any one and will use them again if the need arises.

+ 1 moreIt was the very worst experience I have ever had with a service company. Sullivan was dishonest, falsified a report in order to obtain a job that would have cost $18,000, and submitted an inaccurate report to the city. If that wasn't bad enough, he then tried to bully me into calling the City and misrepresent what had happened.
Description of Work: In preparation for selling a house, we were required to get a certification that the septic system was funcioning properly. The only company I could get on short notice to come inspect the system was Sullivan. I asked that they not run my credit card for payment (which they insisted on having in order to schedule the appointment) as I wanted to meet them there and pay by check. When I arrived, he had already been there and gone--and had failed the system and given a quote of $18,000 to replace the system. Unfortunately, the people interested in buying the house were having their home inspection at the time, and he told them that the system had failed and needed to be replaced. Of course those buyers backed out. I then had Suc N Up come out (he came out that evening as soon as he got my call) and tested the system, free of charge. The system was working perfectly, and he said he would do the formal inspection and pass the system for the City. Sullivan subsequently called me at work and was yelling at me, threatening and trying to intimidate me. I have never been so disgusted with a supposed professional, and have since heard about other people (usually older folks) he preys on to get work done that doesn't need to be done.
