Description of Work: Our furnace was misbehaving. He figured out what was going on and fixed it.

Description of Work: I had the misfortune to purchase a home -- sold to me as a fully remodeled home -- only to discover that i had a non-functioning and dangerous heating system in an illegal and inaccessible arrangement. Bob of Simply Service designed and constructed a new and legal system in my garage, with water and gas pipes running through the crawl space, and also provided me with a functional water heater. Because of my home purchase, I was both broke and shocked -- Bob designed something safe, legal and efficient -- going way beyond the other contractors from whom I sought bids -- and made the entirety as economical for me as possible. In addition, with winter coming on quickly, Bob worked full time, including some weekend time, to assure that I had heating before snow started falling. A competent, kind, intelligent and incredibly helpful contractor!

+ -1 moreHe was very good and very knowledgeable. He was personable and he has being doing this for a number of years. He is informative and everything was immaculate after he left. He gave me a 10% discount and I was very happy. He is very trustworthy. He was right on time and he called ahead. He is going to check the air conditioning in the spring.
