Description of Work: Paid for an hour's worth of tree trimming and got 40 minutes. It was not explained up front that the clock starts when they leave a previous job, which seems odd. They did come back at the behest of the manger to "complete" the hour, but did only a cursory 10 minute (I was home) once over, leaving obvious and easily done half branches, etc.
