Very responsive, ensured they'd gotten everything done on the work order I'd requested and nothing was missed. |After multiple reschedules at my request, everything went very well. No issues with reschedules and working out a date that worked with my work schedule.

Description of Work: They are not cheap but they are professional and seem to know what they are doing. They are easy to work with on the phone or via emails. I have been using their service for a couple of years for tree pruning and spraying for bugs etc. They offer a complete line of services--no job to big.

Description of Work: Trimmed some branchs from our Aspen trees that were hanging over the neigbor's fence. They did an excellent job. They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up all the branches and leaves. Will definitely use them again for our other trees.

Description of Work: chipped cement stairs going to back yard tried to take take a aerator downstairs rather than choosing a more practical way to aerate the lawn. Left hole marks on patio cement floor from aerator and left rust marks on front cement, driveway cement and patio cement. Left mud and grass on driveway and front walkway from aerating front yard. Never again

Description of Work: Removed a dead Aspen tree that was near our house and near the lot line. They took care to see that there was no damage to our house or to our neighbors yard. They also did a great job of cleaning up the debris before they left. And they cut and stacked some 14" lengths for our future campfires.

 + -1 moreCalled right after the storm but told them it was not urgent , but that we had many damaged branches that we could not reach. They were very busy due to the storm but gave us an estimated time. They called the week they said they would and gave us a date and time. Their crew arrived on schedule. I saw careful work with good safety practices - belay ropes, hard hats, eye and hearing protection. They were very quick and efficient and cleaned up all the downed branches and sticks after trimming the broken limbs. They even put up our squirrel house as requested. Great work and we will call them again if work is needed.

There were some people that were very good and some people at the company that were not as good. They were pretty professional but there is always room for improvement. We would possibly use them again.

Description of Work: I use this company for pest control. They do a spray three times throughout the summer. They spray the perimeter of the house. I also use them to fertilize my trees.

 + -1 moreWhen we had the original work done, I had to contact Swingle multiple times to actually get the quote. They blamed it on the voice mailbox filling up. I had contacted them by both phone and e-mail. Once we actually got them to show up, the person providing the quote and the quote were both quite reasonable. When they came and did the work, the job was well done and we were happy with the work. This spring we needed to have another dead tree removed and a tree planted in its place. I called them and scheduled an estimate. I was told an estimator would show up by the end of the week. I never heard back from them. After having had the previous issues with getting an actually estimate, I gave up on them on found someone else to do the work. I have had better responsiveness from Yardelves and Arborworks. Their work is excellent and well priced, but for a large as a company as they are, they really need to be better at setting up and following through on estimating work. I wonder how much business they have lost.
Description of Work: We used swingle to remove a dead tree and grind the stump and to prune the rest of our trees one to two years ago. We tried to have them do more work this spring but they failed on their followup even though we were a repeat customer. We are in Fort Collins.

 + -1 moreI am very happy with them. The service is nothing but wonderful and the crew is always very helpful and friendly. They do their job as quickly as possible and are very efficient at what they do. They have been taking care of my trees for a long time now and they look good.
Description of Work: I needed my trees to be sprayed and some fertilization on the grass areas. The area they were working on is about 4 acres and had over one hundred trees to be looked at. The job they did took them around 6 to 8 hours to finish.
