The first application didn't seem to do the trick. They came back and re-sprayed at no additional cost. Now, so far so good... We have a green lawn and no weeds in the rocks! We'd be sure to use them again!

Provider does not service Severance but were very nice when I talked to them on the phone.

I've been very happy with Swingle. In all cases, they've performed the services while I was at work. When I returned home, everything was finished and in good order. I had one tree in the front of my house that had been badly damaged by several storms. They improved the shape of the tree. While it couldn't be made ideally shaped after all its damage, it was much improved and is less likely to receive further damage. Eventually, it may recover its shape fully. A second tree was almost dead when I purchased the house. They removed it. I had two healthy trees that they shaped very nicely. My lawn was in bad shape when I purchased the house. I tried to improve it on my own. While I had partially improved it, it wasn't in good shape when I contacted Swingle. Since I just started the lawn work (except for the fall aeration), it's too soon to know whether the lawn can be fixed (it was in pretty rough shape). However, so far I've been pleased with the services that Swingle provided on the lawn too. Swingle started off by providing me with an assessment. Dan Simpson came out and spent quite a bit of time assessing both the lawn and the trees. I really appreciated his advice.

They came out promptly and gave us a bid pretty quickly. They were quite a bit cheaper from other estimates. Price was good and they did a good job.

They have always been very professional, always done a nice job, never tried to provide anything I didn't request. Nice people.

No issues other then a slight communications hiccup related to initial scheduling.

They did a very good job. My lawn looks great, I have no complaints.

It always goes well, with very few hiccups. They generally arrive when they say they will, except in a couple of cases when the weather forced a re-schedule. They are up front about costs. For example, when they start up the sprinklers in the spring, that is when broken lines or blown heads become evident. They have been very clear about the cost of repairs, allowing us to decide if we feel we can handle the situation to save some money. Of course, things happen. One of their tech broke a piece of lawn pottery, and the company deducted the damages from our bill. One time they aerated our lawn by accident, and forgave the bill with no argument. All in all, we keep using them because, while not the cheapest, they are very good at what they do, and we rarely have to worry about the quality of the results.

Great crew, polite, punctual. Nice job. A little more expensive than some tree places but worth it for the great service and lots of free advice.

Swingle purchased the local, family-run lawn care business that I have used for 20 years. While Swingle has a professional front office and phone presence, I found it very difficult to make changes to service dates or to make product changes or lawn service changes. They are punctual and their prices were reasonable for the full year lawn service plans (multiple fertilizations, weed control, seasonal chemical changes, and aeration services) but they seem to not have a method for communicating changes to their field technicians. We could not stop them (with a week's notice) from doing an aeration service on a particular day that we had sprinkler work scheduled. On another occasion, we could not get them to change the day of fertilization work (again this was with over a week of notice) and we ended up with them spraying weed killer on the same day that we had a yard party scheduled. In both cases, Swingle apologized and were able to find in their notes that the changes had been requested and they removed the charge for the unwanted aeration work. But I decided to use a different company this year (after searching for another small, locally run outfit).

Great job. We use this company every year. Highly recommend. They also hang Christmas lights.

They were slow to respond, showed up late and did a 1/2 assed job. Did not trim far enough so painters had to finish at least 1/2 their work. When I asked them to do two or three things they said they would do the crew foreman acted p***** of and inconvenienced. Overall a lousy experience , if I owned the company I would be embarrased. They're okay. They are somewhat expensive, but we did have a lot of things that had to be cut back. They were efficient, showed up on time, and courteous. The quality of the service seemed to be quite good and they've been responsive. They've always been professional. They also service trees in our HOA and I'm on that board.

I swear by them. They know what they are doing. They are technically well-versed. Their customer service is suburb. They do what they say they are going to do and they are always on time. They are a great company. Our yard looks great.

They are reliable, and professional. They are also finically reasonable which is very important when dealing with big trees.

Yard looks so much better thanks to having a little TLC from Swingle. They contacted me prior to each application so I could let our tenant know and also asked that I follow up with them if it appeared that they needed additional applications, etc. (which we never needed). Very happy with their service and customer responsiveness. Would definitely use again, probably will sign them up for next year :)

They were really nice, knowledgable, the price was comparable but the timing didn't work out for the job so they didn't do the service. They were very professional!

They did a great job. They came when they said they would come and everything was great when they were done. There were no hiccups with them.

Their trucks are new and very organized. Whatever beetle killer they are using our trees are very healthy.

I have an ongoing account with them. I am on a contract with them and they come on their own schedule to do what I have signed up for. I pay them $500 a year. Their quality is absolutely superior; it is the top of the line. I haven't compared their prices. They are very responsive. I have no complaints or problems whatsoever. I will continue to use them every year.

They come out annually to provide service. Our neighbors were using them and getting a better deal, so we decided to use them too. They missed one appointment. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for years. I used them at my old house, and recently used them here at the new house. They aren't cheap, but the price is reasonable for the services. I have been very happy with their services.

We are pleased with the services they provide. We plan to continue using them in the future.
