I had not heard from them yet this season to confirm if we were continuing customers this season or not, so it was a bit of a surprise when they showed up. Had we changed our minds about using their services, they would not have known that and would have gone ahead and done the work. They did send an email saying they were on their way over, but since I was at work, I didn't see it until after they had finished the job. It was fine that they showed up and did the work after all, but better communication ahead of time would be appreciated. Otherwise, they are friendly and do good work.
