Great company to work with! Detail oriented, punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and great with communication. As a GC I highly recommend working with this company for any of your electrical needs.

I agreed with the vendor that I did not need anywhere near the 2 hour minimum required for a service call. The representative called me back and said they would make an exception and waive the 2 hour minimum given I needed 15 minutes of work. I agreed to this. The electrician was there for 15 minutes. I again had an electrician come to complete work that would also be less than 2 hours, it only took 1 hour. I was billed for 4 hours of work when I only received 1 hour and 15 minutes of work. I then called and complained given that they had lied about not requiring the min 2 hour charge. They would only agree to take one hour off. I informed the company on the phone before work that I had other work that I would have completed if the task did not take two hours. The representative forgot about this fact and charged me for service that were not completed. Be very careful not to agree to work unless you have at least 2 hours or you will get charged despite what they tell you.

This was a great company to work with and I have already hired them to do additional work on my house. Their guys arrived on time, with masks, and completed all the work efficiently and in line with the estimate I was given. They even sent out a team to troubleshoot my house after another contractor tripped some outlets. The guys were super patient with me and didn’t seem to mind my asking a ton of questions. Can’t say enough good things about Matt Blattner and his company. They will be my electricians for as long as I live in this house.

Woman who called me to give me more info and schedule was excellent and very friendly, great communication with her. The owner, I believe, who came to look at the job and give me a bid was professional and efficient as were the 3 guys who did the work. There was a 2 hour minimum work window which meant a $200 starting base price. They were done with my two projects (installing the outlet and fixing a hallway light) in less than an hour, so I guess I should have had more projects to get my full money's worth. They did a great job, though.
