Description of Work: Replaced areas of the garage that had structural damage from a hidden leak; on the flat roof of garage installed a high quality rubber type material; replaced the decking on roof of garage and around front of house, built a structure to cover the deck. A complicated project of remove and replace, plus creating the structure over the deck for powered solar screens on a 16' x 16' area.

Description of Work: Even though the provider was prompt in his estimate it was 2-3,000 dollar over anyone else's so I did not use him. While I found him to be much more professional in his demeanor than other providers, the cost differential was too much for me to use him. The cost for a small deck was over $20,000.

+ 0 moreI had a walk through with Mr. Dion showing him my concerns, wishes and also the report of my recent home inspection. He worked up a very thorough and easy to understand proposal. The proposal was listed in sections with each priced for the work and materials. I could then choose which I wanted to do at this time. After considering the proposal, I contacted Mr. Dion and we contracted in writing what work would be done. Then I was given a start date and a finish date. This was handled in person by Mr. Dion and signed. The work started on time and his subs arrived in a timely manner, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. I was contacted by Mr. Dion each day at least once to keep me informed on the progress of the work and if any changes were needed by his workers or by me. I added the addition of storm doors in the middle of the projects and he added that work for me with new bids and information. The complete work started on a Monday and was finished on Friday of the same week. I had to move into the premises on Thursday and everyone worked together to make this happen as the work went on. I feel Mr. Dion is extremely knowledgeable, has great subcontractors to work with and is very concerned about the welfare of his clients and the work he does for them. I felt very comfortable through the whole experience and have and would recommend him to anyone needing full-scale remodel jobs as well as smaller jobs also.
Description of Work: My walls, wordwork, doors and closets were all painted; new HVAC units; new storm doors installed; some woodwork replaced; new light over kitchen sink; fixed light and junction box in garage to code; repair of gutter and fascia damage; recaulk tub and shower; install cat door and exterior dryer vent; GFI outlets installed in kitchen; inspected crawlspace for leakage; adjusted doors.
