Description of Work: I hired Daniel to paint the interior of our house and also to repair damage to the ceiling. He did an excellent job with both. I cannot tell there was even any damage to the ceiling and the walls have never looked better. Daniel is a true professional. He takes great pride in his work, is meticulous and always works with a positive, can-do attitude. I would highly recommend him. He will not disappoint you!

His work was beautiful, and when we requested that he complete one section of wall that looks unfinished, he came back and finished the section even after he'd been paid.

His price was very competitive 2. He was very professional, always on time and stayed late each day to get work done.? He also did a great job of taping the trim and covering the floors.? The overall product was great and the house was as clean as the day he started. 3.? Daniel is very personable.? He was very easy to talk to and work with. 4.? Speed - we came to terms on Saturday, Daniel started on Monday morning 8:30 am. I highly recommend this company and Daniel.? Excellent experience and we plan on using him again in the future to paint our ceilings.

Description of Work: Daniel Chirinos, owner of Professional Ones, came out to our home, within hours of first??talking with him, to give me an estimate to patch a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling. ?The bathroom also had a large section of ugly wall tile around the vanity. ?The tile was in bad shape and broken on the sides. ?The bathroom was also badly in need of new paint. ?Daniel gave me a very reasonable quote to repair the ceiling dry wall as well as a separate quote to remove the tile and paint the bathroom walls and ceiling. ?When I told Daniel I wanted to supply my own paint as I knew the exact color I wanted, he quickly deducted the amount of the paint from his quote. ? The day before Daniel was to start the work, I received a call that he had been in an accident and his truck had been damaged and was inoperable. ?We set another date for a few days later. ?I later learned Daniel rented a truck so that he could keep this appointment. ?I was very impressed at this sign of professionalism! The work was done in less time then I expected. ?The bathroom looked brand new! ?Although not part of the quote I'd received,?Daniel had also caulked around the bathroom vanity and painted some water damaged floor boards. ?No charge.?Very happy, very impressed. I highly recommend Professional Ones.

Description of Work: We hired this provider to do work on some drywall cracks and repairs that needed to be done prior to other renovation happening. After that work was done, Daniel mentioned that he would he could also do the painting. We had plans to do it ourselves over the holidays, but after the quality of the drywall work we decided to let the professionals take it on! Daniel did an excellent job on both projects, and was respectful of ourselves and our home. He was punctual and we felt comfortable having him in our home.

Description of Work: My daughter needed the exterior of her home painted and was referred to Daniel through a local paint store, before he had become an Angie's List service provider as he was new to CO. From the very beginning both she and I were impressed and comfortable with Daniel, he's professional and very polite. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful with color selections & picking up paint samples. He was always on time, has a great work ethic and was respectful of property and schedules. Daniel did a fantastic job painting my daughter's house -- very clean lines everywhere. He mentioned that he does a lot of interior painting as well - drywall repairs too - and my daughter had him paint her basement play room. His interior work was as good as the exterior job. There were lots of drywall holes since she has young kids and they needed repair and texture. You couldn't tell the repairs after he was finished. He cleaned up after his work insisting on vacuuming - that's over and above in both our experience! We're extremely pleased that we found Daniel and will definitely call him again. And, of course, refer him!!

Description of Work: Danny is an absolute pleasure to work with--friendly, gracious, communicative, reliable, and very capable. He did a meticulous job of making several drywall repairs and then painting my entire basement. His suggestions for color and trim were spot-on, and the rooms look fantastic. He made my deck look as good as new. Danny also rebuilt the front steps to my house. He acknowledged that carpentry is not one of his main specialties, but he was willing to give it a shot and we were able to iterate together on a couple of revisions that resulted in an economical and functional end product. I strongly recommend Danny, especially for painting and drywall. He is a top-notch professional.

Description of Work: Danny has done both interior and exterior painting for me, and he's first-class all the way: professional, neat, prompt and fast. Not to mention an all-round great guy. As someone who painted houses in college and well beyond, I can size up a painter very quickly and I'm picky. Interior: Scope of work included prepping (filling nail holes and caulking), priming, and painting (4) new doors and trim in an upstairs hallway, as well as filling large gaps between trim and walls with joint compound and painting hallway walls/ceiling Exterior: Danny finished painting the exterior of my 120 yo house. Scraped, spot primed and applied finish coat on wooden trim / / brick exterior

Description of Work: Wallpaper was removed from bedroom which was then painted. Back porch was painted. Two ceiling fans were moved and/or installed. Two radiator covers were repainted and radiators scraped and painted.
