 + -1 moreGreat, Jeff picked me up, and we walked through the inspection together. The building was a mess, so there was a lot to talk about from room to floor.
Description of Work: I live in Longmont, but I have a contract on an old 2 story brick building in Berthoud, CO. I have had several old properties and my experience with professional inspectors is that they rush - checking outlets and light bulbs missing the big things in an old building. I feel lucky to have found Jeff with all of his old house and building experience. Before the inspection we talked about my expectations. I also tagged along, with him reviewing the issues. As an investor I felt like I got some good advise that I wasn't expecting to get from an home inspector who knows the Front Range. You don't meet a lot of guys in this business that can listen.
