 + 0 moreVery well. The tenants had left the house in terrible condition and there was so much work to be done I had trouble knowing how to schedule all the workers I was using. I made several timing mistakes--thinking things would take less time than they did or that I would have more energy than I did--but Duane was pretty easy-going about those issues.
Description of Work: Duane painted every surface of a two-bedroom rental, including inside all the kitchen cabinets and down the stairwell to the basement. I did the cleaning and prep work and he came in the exact time he said he would, worked hard, wasn't bothered about working around a furnace repair and a plumber, and the carpet removers. He got done in record time. Everything looked good. I am very fussy and I added bits of paint to a couple of places, but there were NO messes to clean up. I was so pleased I am having him to do the basement apartment.

 + -1 moreWe used him 20 years ago as well and it's just superior work. He doesn't leave anything unturned. He does every little detail. He does it himself. We have a 2 story, probably 3000 sq ft house and he did it in less than a week. It looks like a brand new home!
Description of Work: He prepped the outside of the house. He did minor repair of the trim and painted the exterior of the house.
