John, the owner and operator and his wife are THE kindest people. His wife is very punctual in setting up appt. Very considerate in all ways, and accommodating. The windows are immaculate. John and Michelle are the most amazing team. His wife is prompt, courteous and kind when setting up appointments John is the kindest person in the world. His work is impeccable. All windows are done and sparkling clear. The screems look new! Can't say enough, and would NEVER use another window cleaner. John has all the best equipment, and takes pride in window cleaning as his profession, so the level of professionally is A plus, and his work is A plus. John will explain his pure water system as well. What a treat to have Metropolis windows come and clean all your windows and screens. No mess, no fuss, or for my husband and I to have to deal with in doing it ourselves. We only end up with streaks when we do it ourselves. Thank you for the chance to share this gem of a service.
