Description of Work: My vehicle has 140K+ miles on it and was having serious issues accelerating. Tim Vahlberg went above and beyond to find the least expensive solution and to minimize time in the shop, ensuring the issue was repaired was permanently. He researched vendors outside his usual sphere when an essential part was going to take a very long time to arrive, negotiated a deal, and then ordered from the new vendor. When it arrived later than promised, he asked them to provide a credit for my rental car. He kept me informed, I never had to call him for a status. Great customer service, trustworthy, and friendly!
