As I tell all of my clients, just like any other service, all carpet cleaning companies are NOT created equal - some merely offer a lost leader type price to win the business ultimately just to show up with no real experience. Many vendors will introduce far too much water to carpet and not have the expertise needed to effectively address specific stains. John and his team are as close as you'll get to "magic workers" and their attention to detail is the best available. They go to the trouble of putting down fabric runners and corner protectors to protect your home from being scuffed by hoses, or any water leakage. If you're looking for top quality, professional service and high integrity, McLaughlin is the only call you need to make. They get it right the first time.
Description of Work: I have used John's services at my own residence as well as many client's homes. They have cleaned carpets, tile / grout flooring, furniture, wool rugs and even handled severe smoke (i.e. from fire) mitigation at a property.
