Description of Work: We called for an estimate & planned to meet a representative at our property (60 miles away from our primary work & residence). No one showed up, and no one called. When we called to inquire where he was, he acted completely confused & caught off guard. Not someone I would rely on to do quality work & show up as promised. Very disappointing!

Hi, I'm certain this was not our company. I checked with the office staff person who is the only one who sets up all of our appointments, who by the way is female, and she shows no record of this person in her call log or her Paint Request Estimate Form that has all the pertinent information regarding our clients. She did find another M & M Painting company out of Canon City, CO. I'm not implying it was them but we show no record of this person contacting our office. Please let us know what your findings are we always want to do the right thing. Do you know where the property was located. We normally don't paint in south Denver because of the travel distance from Berthoud. This would have to be a very high dollar project( over $ 20,000) for us to even consider doing an estimate on the home.Let me know how I can help in resolving this issue. They did a good job. There was a little problem where a worker walked on our metal roof and dented it. Patrick apologized and sent a roofing company out, under their insurance, to make the repair. I feel they were very responsible.
