Greg is not only an excellent painter, he noticed things that needed to be fixed or replaced. It felt like he was a friend and a good steward at the same time. He was trustworthy and worked hard.

Work was excellent and garage looks great. Greg was reliable and thorough and conducted himself in a professional manner. Would use Lynch Home Services again without question.

Greg did exactly what he said he'd do, for the price quoted, when he said he would. We're VERY pleased. The work was well done, and Greg was pleasant and professional. A broken pipe resulted in our needing some largish drywall and ceiling patches. Greg patched them all, matched the wall texture perfectly, and painted everything. He also offered to patch a few other small flaws he noticed in the wall -- since he was already patching stuff anyway. It's perfect. We literally can't find the patches. He also reattached baseboards, and touched up the paint that was damaged when they were removed hastily by the flood abatement company. Even though it was a small job, he still taped everything, and the lines are perfect. Because he patched up and painted a few additional imperfections that weren't part of the repair, the rooms actually look BETTER than they did before the broken pipe/flood. We would definitely recommend him, and will use him again if we ever need this type of service.

Greg has done four jobs for me now, listed above. His work began when I bought my house and had to leave the state for several weeks, and I left him with the keys. He called when he had questions, finished the work quickly and well, and I arrived home to a clean house without popcorn ceilings! Greg is completely reliable and fair. He is in demand, so scheduling is tight and precise. He lets me know when he is coming and shows up when he says he will. Greg has a system for what he does and works very efficiently. He preps thoroughly, keeps work space very clean, and the quality of his work is impeccable. He thinks ahead and anticipates potential problems. He has been very helpful in talking through a kitchen renovation process with me. He's clear about what he does well and takes only those jobs. Also important to me, as I've been around the house much of the time when he is working, he is very pleasant, good natured, and considerate. He's a highly valued member of the team that has done my kitchen renovation. I recommend him highly, without any reservation.

Every project with Greg is smooth from beginning to end. Greg is the BEST contractor/handyman I’ve ever had, super reliable, quality work, texts and cleans up! For this project Greg made and installed a second handrail for the main staircase in a residence. The new handrail was a perfect match with the existing one.

All around excellent. We had a really great experience working with Greg. We had paint and dry wall repair done on our whole house and it looked like new when he was done. The job was even done way ahead of schedule and under his original estimate - this never happens. As a professional Greg was very reliable, efficient, and honest - we appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell us on services we didn't need or want. Just fantastic. Multiple coats of paint on walls and trim. Straighter lines between the wall color and trim, base and casings I've never seen. Greg Lynch is always punctual, and just does what he promises he'll do. He has been extra accommodating with our schedule—and left the place tidier than he found it. (As an unexpected bonus, Greg helped select new carpet color.) Excellent outcome and we could not be happier. Thanks, Greg!

Greg and his team were great. In November 2017 he dry walled, textured, and painted the interior of a detached studio my husband built. The job has held up well even with some movement of the studio. Greg was great at communicating time frames and if any adjustments needed to be made. We would definitely work with Greg again.

Greg did a tremendous job at repairing walls, texturizing and painting the interior of my home. I gave him the goals of what I was trying to do and he was able to pick out the paint, schedule the work and execute professionally and with high quality. We would absolutely hire Lynch Home Services again! We found them here on Angie's List and called. Greg returned our call and came over right away and gave us a bid for the work we needed done - it was reasonable and definitely within the norm. We had to get our roof replaced before Greg could come back and repair the drywall in the garage so we told him we would call him when that was done. Greg called back in a few weeks to check in, and the roof had just been replaced so we were able to schedule him. Luckily, we were able to get Greg right away as he had a cancellation! Greg called and/or texted when he said he would, showed up right on time, was very kind, professional, had a sense of humor (which we really enjoy), and did exactly what he said he would do! Such a nice change from most contractors these days. We have used many contractors over the last two years and Lynch Home Services has been THE VERY BEST we have experienced. We are very particular about the work that gets done in our home and Greg exceeded our expectations. He and Gerret (his partner) did an absolutely perfect job with the painting, and the drywall repair is outstanding! They moved furniture, covered everything, cleaned up everything, matched paint perfectly for the garage wall and ceiling repair, and did many extras to make the final result even more perfect (all stuff they didn't have to do and we would have never expected them to do). Greg said the job would be hopefully done in one day, and IT WAS!!! That has NEVER happened with any contractor we have used! At the end of the day, when we asked Greg how much more we owed him for the extra things we asked them to do, and the extra things he did on his own, his response was a happy "Oh, I'm not going to charge you for those extra things!". Who does that these days?!! Anyway, we ended up paying them extra and will DEFINITELY make Lynch Home Services our 1st call if we need anything else done in our home. They were fantastic!

Greg and his guys did an excellent job. We needed the job done quickly before our garage cabinets and epoxy flooring, and they delivered.
