Due to a flood in May 2 feet of the drywall in bedroom, closet & utility room need to be replaced and new door jams and baseboards replaced. He came out on a Weds to see what the job entailed and gave us a quote within an hour. Hired him and he started the next day. He had the job done in 2 days. He did an excellent job and we are considering him for future work.

My husband and I hired Lynch Home Services to help us with a kitchen remodel, by removing and patching some walls, and then installing laminate flooring and all our kitchen cabinets. I can't say enough good things about Greg and his partners. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They removed the unwanted walls and matched the surrounding texture perfectly. The new floor and cabinets that they installed look wonderful. His attention to detail is obvious and much appreciated. During the project, they encountered some issues with wood filler pieces that were supplied by my cabinet company, but they worked the problem and were able to avoid using the crooked and bowed pieces, and used the best filler pieces instead. In addition, my cabinet company did not provide another filler piece in our second color, but Greg was able to find a way to create their own filler piece using leftover toe-kick pieces attached to another piece of wood. If they hadn't worked the problem and found a solution, it would have been two weeks before the proper filler piece was sent. Also, Greg was able to avoid using an unopened roll of sound-dampening laminate underlayment by using the unused scrap pieces, so I was able to get a refund for the unused roll. He brought up the issue with me that they had a small area left to cover on the floor (under the new cabinets), and it would be a shame to open up a new roll for such a small area, so he (again) worked the problem and came up with a solution that worked perfectly. Greg is very detailed-oriented and, being a perfectionist myself, I appreciate that. He answered every email message that I sent leading up to the project, they arrived when they said they would, and they kept me in the loop with various issues that arose during the project. He even covered our new laminate floor with thick paper so that we could do our own painting before the cabinets went in. Never having done a major remodel project like a kitchen before, I have to say that hiring Greg has been the best part of the project. We have encountered problems every step of the way, from having our laminate flooring delivery delayed, backsplash tile delivered broken, and having all our kitchen appliance delivery delayed. But, Greg and his partners have been the one aspect that has delivered on every aspect of his job. Greg and his partners are professional, courteous, hard working, detail-oriented and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. When we get our kitchen finished and new carpet installed, we will definitely hire him for our baseboard replacement project as well as a future bathroom remodel.

I have a 900 square foot condo with popcorn ceiling in every room. I hired Greg to remove, repair, re-texture and paint everything. It was a pleasure working with him. Greg and his team were great! This is the second time that we hired them and they were just as good as the first. Always on time, worked hard and quickly (I am not even sure when they ate their lunches). Greg went above and beyond helping us finish our whole basement, you could tell he really cared about the project almost like it was his own. He was always ready to give us professional tips on how to finish the rest of the basement ourselves, he even donated paint supplies, leftover mortar for us to tile our bathroom with. He was awesome! They did a great job and we are in love with the results.

The project went very well from beginning to end. From our initial meeting where he reviewed the house interior condition, to the completion of the job, Greg was professional, helpful, and always seemed to know the best way to address any of our painting related issues. He worked with us to select the paint colors, and made recommendations about what colors would be most appropriate. One of the things we liked best about Greg and his associate was their initiative in addressing whatever small or large painting or wall repair issue that arose, without our having to point out and discuss each one. He wasn't there just to apply a coat of paint, he was there to make sure that whatever the initial condition of the painted walls was, the finished room looked good, whatever it took to do it. We were extremely pleased with the final result. I will definitely use Lynch Home Services for any future painting needs, and recommend his excellent service to anyone else with painting requirements.

Gregg returned my email promptly and I sent photos of the damage and he provided an estimate. I accepted and asked to be placed on his schedule. He let me know when he would be able to complete the work. He arrived on schedule and completed the job as promised. The ceiling looks great! It looks like the damage never happened! I would definitely hire him again! He was very clean while performing a messy job. He actually charged us less than the original estimate - that was a first! He stays very busy but is worth the wait!

Greg and his team were absolutely outstanding. Hired them for interior paint and new interior doors originally. So impressed with their work I hired them to do a complete kitchen remodel including tile back splash. Could not be happier with the end result.
