I had Greg manage my kitchen remodel. He handled the whole process from start to finish. When he did the demo he also helped find a new home for my old cabinets which I thought was super great. Greg did a great job with installing the new cabinets, taking time to make sure everything was put together properly and was level. I also really appreciated how Greg was able to offer input when it came to putting everything together in the end. He helped me pick out an awesome light fixture that matched the kitchen perfectly. He was really helpful in picking out the backsplash tile and other odds and ends things that were needed once the kitchen remodel really got going. As a first time kitchen remodel myself, I didn't realize how much stuff I would need to handle and figure out, so I really appreciated his input and help when I felt lost in the overwhelming process. Greg was really easy to work with via text as well. He was able to work me into his schedule without any problem and that kept the process moving along quickly and smoothly. Overall, I really appreciated having Greg handle my first kitchen remodel. I will be using Greg again for my next home improvement project!

This is the second time we've used Greg and all went as expected, based on my previous experience. We're doing a remodel on our home and it's hard to find people that care about the quality of their work. Greg is one of those people that is uncompromising and simply wants to do the job right. He doesn't take shortcuts, has great attention to detail, and doesn't cut corners. You can certainly find someone to do the work for less, but you won't find someone that can do it as well or as efficiently. I challenge you to find someone that works harder. If you just simply want something done right, go with Lynch Home Services, seriously. From now on, we will give these guys first crack at any job we have, and if they can do it, we will hire them without hesitation.

Greg ans his crew are efficient and precise. We are very satisfied with the work they did in our bathrooms. What makes Lynch's services unique is the fact that the Greg CARES to make a good job that is not only well done and but that also looks good. There were some issues during the remodeling (there always are, no matter how good you are at planning), and Greg worked hard to find with us the best solution. I 100% recommend his services.

We have used Greg and Garrett for varying projects in the past (painting, fireplace mantle installation, etc), but most recently used them to have our loft closed off and converted into an office space for my husband (thank you COVID). Within less than a week from Greg coming over to look at the project and give us an estimate, the work was completely finished. Greg is incredibly efficient and effective. You won’t find a better spend of your money. He is detail-oriented and professional, and is helpful with the questions he asks. Whenever we need help finishing off our small basement, we will be calling Greg.

It went very well. During the first visit, Greg asked lots of good questions and made some suggestions that helped us maximize the functionality of the space. He did a great job of the larger things, like making a cleverly angled wall to allow more access in the closet; and he did a wonderful job with the details, like piecing together and repairing the cedar flooring where it had been damaged in the furnace installation. Greg was super to work with and we would definitely recommend him for projects large and small.

My house feels brand new and like a home again. My home is 21 years old. It helped raise three children and a few pets along the way. It was showing it's age and damage that can come with three kids! Greg helped with the process from start to finish. From a great referral for carpet to helping my husband let go of brass colored fixtures!! I would give Greg and his team the keys to my house. He is the real deal in all aspects and he will be hired again. My husband and I were very pleased from start to finish.

This was a great experience working with Greg! His work and responsiveness is 100% professional and he was very patient and offered valuable input. Since this was a first time project for me, I made many mistakes. But, Greg, would doublecheck with me and help me find an affordable fix. His prices are more than fair, and when we asked for additional help on related projects, he took into account that he was finishing the job somewhat sooner that expected, so, the additional work didn't impact the budget nearly as much as I expected! We really wondered if he was making any money on this project because his total bill for the job was so reasonable and the finished product was so spectacular! Greg is polite, punctual as were the sub contractors that he hired. His work was faultless and he kept the site clean and orderly. He took care to protect the carpet leading down to the basement. I couldn't find any issues at all, and, not only would I hire him again, but, I would accommodate my schedule in order to hire him rather than go with anyone else! Great job! High quality work. Drywall repair corrected water damage and restored family room area to new condition matching the existing finishing. New small storage room required framing, drywall, door, finishing including painting and trim. Very happy with both jobs. I would use Lynch Home Services again.

Lynch Home Services transformed our unfinished basement to an a amazing living area. The communication was fantastic. Greg knew what he was talking about and was very honest with everything discussed. The workmanship was topnotch quality, and the team was very trustworthy (which is huge deal). We will continue to use their services for projects around the house and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their home.

We just bought a new house, so I've talked and worked with several contractors. Greg is the best. He's super professional, knowledgeable and honest. He helped us to get the solution for our project and get it done in timely manner. I'll hire him again for our next project.

Greg was phenomenal. He was very responsive from the get go.i enjoyed his enthusiasm for the work being done which was a bunch of small things like baseboards, painting and patching things up. This is the second time we have used Greg. First time for Framing. He did an absolutely awesome job. We had some out of the box framing requests which he exceeding our expectations on. Greg and his staff came up on time and I was delighted that he had room in his schedule to come a month earlier. He had to deal with some previous work done that made it more difficult but he overcame those obstacles and the finished product was just what we wanted.

It went fantastic. Greg understood that it was important for me to start and finish the project very quickly, and he presented an aggressive schedule that he was able to meet / beat. There is not room to say enough good about Greg Lynch and the work he did for us finishing our basement. We have done several remodeling projects in the past and we have never been happier with the work done than with Lynch Home Services. The value, quality, expertise were all exceptional. I would love to go on about how happy we are about the process and the final product but will just say that we will absolutely use Lynch Home Services again for any project we have in the future. Although, once people find out just how great they are we may have a long wait! That leads me to say one final thing. He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would!! Amazing!
