Putting rental property on the market for sale, need a quick turn time once renters vacated the property. Greg was able to quote and complete the job in 5 days (total time from quote to finish, 2 days painting). His quote was detailed and included the cost of Benjamin Moore paint(s). Greg followed up to ensure that we were pleased w/ the work/look. Everything was great and I would use again for sure.

Greg was very informative and helpful right from the start and gave suggestions throughout the project to help keep the cost low. You can instantly tell that Greg takes pride in his work and does not miss a detail. He was done in the time he said he would be done and verified everything with me before he left. In Colorado it is tough to find solid and punctual labor but Greg and his NY work ethic were a welcome change. I would hire again no questions asked.

The painting was immaculate, with attention to every detail, including repairs and caulking. For example, he went outside to reset window frames, and filled in spaces on stair railings. He noticed my kitchen lights under the cabinets weren't working right, and he replaced them. He switched out my front door knob, which hadn't worked properly in years. He even helped me get my garbage disposal to work. At the beginning of every work day and the day after he finished, he walked through with me and took care of anything I noticed (which was always very minor). For both the estimate and the work, Greg arrived on time. He always kept me posted about times. He worked very quickly and efficiently, and finished when he said he would. He gave me clear instructions for clearing the painting spaces, and he explained everything he was going to do. He protected everything thoroughly and cleaned up completely. He took everything off the walls--light plates, towel racks, etc.--to paint under them, then put them back. He charged what he said he would charge. And it was worth every penny. He was not only pleasant, but fun to work with. He knows his stuff, and takes pride in his work. I recommend him highly--he's the best.

The quality of Greg and Danny’s work is second to none. The drywall repairs and trim work are meticulously done. The walls look better than they ever did before the flood and Greg’s painting is outstanding. Additionally both Greg and Danny are wonderful to work with. I had no reservations about trusting Greg and Danny to come into my home and was comfortable having them both in my home when I was there and when I wasn’t. Greg is the best contractor you could work with. He communicated throughout the process so I knew what to expect when and always went above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, Greg went to the carpet store to pick up a sample of the carpet I had purchased and helped me choose the colors for the basement walls. He also always had valuable advice to give me about what needed to be done and what didn’t and I trusted that he never took advantage of my lack of knowledge about remodeling. Our experience with Lynch Home Services, specifically Daniel was exceptional. He was meticulous in every aspect of the job. He used the old fashion plastering technique to skim coat the walls so there was no dust and the finish was perfectly smooth. The painting work was also extremely well done. There is always lots of cut-in work in bathrooms and the lines we right on. Daniel was also extremely courteous and always on time. When he was delayed 10 minutes he called to give us a heads-up. We highly recommend Daniel.

His name was Greg Lynch. The work was done while I wasn't here. He did fine and he said that I owed him $40 which was very reasonable. My wife had died and I was very busy. He said not to worry about it and to get with him when I got my feet on the ground. He was very flexible about it.

His name was Greg Lynch. I'm in my 80's and the stairway in the basement has a stair rail on one side. I'm a south paw so it was on the wrong side. I was afraid I would be carrying something and take a tumble so I asked him to put another in on the other side just like it. He skimped on the material and wanted to put a #2 instead of a #1. He did a lousy job. When he was doing it, he was having trouble and he said that he wasn't really a carpenter. He had said he was a handyman. I assumed a handyman would take what he could do and turn down what he couldn't do. I needed some safety bars in so he put in 2 of them and he was going to put in a couple more. I just finished remodeling my house and put in good hardware. He put in bars that didn't have an obstruction over the screws. I've seen them in service station restrooms and I thought it was kind of weird. I paid for 2 of them and he took the other 2 back. That should have been a red flag that he didn't have judgement. I really needed help and he had been so flexible so I ended up paying $350 more. He also had to reserve a set of sliding closet doors so I had more width and he did that fine. I am going to replace the rail. I wouldn't have paid him had I looked at it first. He spilled paint on the floor and didn't clean it up. He said he was a painter for 20 years. The wood he bought wasn't grooved for the hand. He swept the sawdust in the rock area which was lousy. The painting was his business for 20 years so he just didn't have judgement. He didn't use any judgement to match the hardware in the house. He shouldn't have take the job if he didn't know how to do it. The price would have been okay if the work had been done correctly. The quality was bad but it was probably as good as he could do. I'm going to change it. It does the job functionally but it doesn't look very good. It was professional. I don't want to see him again.

Greg is very professional and does unbelievable work. He works fast, does what he says he will and stays within the budget agreed upon at the beginning of the project.With all that I would absolutely use Greg again and recommend him to my friends. The project we gave Greg wasn't small. We were remodeling our basement and family rooms and in the process added some new lights and electrical outlets. For anyone that's had electrical work done on a finished living area this requires that holes be drilled into your drywall to pull new electrical wire. For us this meant close to 40 holes needing to be patched and some of those were done in a custom venetian plaster wall. Greg told us he could fix the drywall and do all of our painting in only five days! Need-less-to-say I was impressed when I returned home from a business trip to find that everything had been completed (drywall repair and painting). I couldn't even find where the holes or old speakers were located and I looked!His painting is immaculate! In our basement we decided to have a stripe (think chair rail, but with paint) painted around the entire basement. He was able to accomplish this and paint our upstairs family room in only a week.Greg is the type of person that I feel comfortable having in my home and not having to watch him, is a man of his work and does very nice work.Greg, thank you!

This is the third time we've worked with Greg. He's great to work with. We did the job in sections - demolition of the dry-wall section of the island occurred first; then just prior to the granite installation, Greg removed all the old counter-tops and installed and leveled the new cabinets. The island consists of the old cabinets plus the new cabinets back to back, so getting everything level and sturdy for the granite was quite a task. Greg was up to it, as usual. Greg always has quite a few projects going on, but he was able to fit us into the schedule during the times we needed to have things done.

He was absolutely fabulous. It was a difficult thing with some stress backing in the ceiling and very tall. It was a pleasure to see someone who said they could do something and they actually did it. It was great. He was professional, he cleaned up after everything was done. It was perfect. The pricing was great and he was nice.

Greg is GREAT! From first contact Greg is the consummate professional. He returns calls, texts and communicates at all times. Greg is reliable and flexible with scheduling to work around other commitments. He is also patient in dealing with indecisive and disorganized homeowners! Greg is without a doubt my best 'find' on Angie's List.

Greg did all the sheetrock repairs and replaced and painted all the baseboards and painted all the doors. At the same time he advised us to improve our lighting before we picked carpeting and paint colors and styles. We bought 3 new fixtures and Greg installed them and we replaced bulbs to get good, natural light. Then he helped us narrow the paint choices down to 6 colors and painted the 6 colors in large squares on the walls in several locations. We had carpet samples and finally made our color decisions. Greg was very patient and helpful through this process.We also had a challenging situation in the basement bathroom. The previous owner had put up about a one foot strip of wallpaper around the bathroom at waist height. The theme was and quot;outhousesand quot;. Greg removed it but could not remove the caulking they had put along the top and bottom of the wallpaper. To sand it down would have screwed up the texturing of the walls. My wife and Greg finally decided to install thin strips of wood over the caulking and paint the strips the same color as the walls. My wife plans to do some stenciling between the strips. Greg was very helpful here,too. Since this work was not in our contract Greg had to return with more materials and time after the carpeting was installed and the Superbowl was over. So he completed his work(and more!) on time and on budget. The walls, baseboards, sheetrock all look great!After was basement was carpeted, Greg came back and finished the basement wall project and installed some extra trim that was needed after the carpet work was done. He also did touch-up where the carpet people had bumped into walls. We paid him by the hour for this work.Greg is a true craftsman. He does everything the right way- no cutting corners- and he constantly wants to improve whatever he is working on. Having Greg working on our basement was like having a very talented and trusted relative doing the work! We were amazed at how fast he works, too. And he likes to listen to rock music while he's working- a plus!We would hire Greg again and recommend him to anyone. He deserves all the 'A's that he has earned on Angie's list.

I had a very specific painting project that required someone with a good attention to detail. I was immediately impressed with Greg Lynch during his visit to review the scope of work and provide an estimate. He was quick to point out possible challenges and issues. His estimate was very fair for the work. We communicated via email and I felt he did a good job of answering all of my concerns. At first, he mentioned that he was booked a couple weeks out but a day or so later he called to say he had an opening in two days in which he could fit in my project. Greg arrived on time and quickly got to work. He completed the work within the timeframe he suggested. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work as it exceeded my expectations. I have only the most positive remarks to make about Lynch Home Services. Greg made room in his schedule to do our repairs quickly, arrived on time, is an extremely nice guy, but most importantly the work he did was superb.It is such a wonderful thing to meet someone who knows his craft and actually leaves your home much better than he found it.

Got similar price quotes from other companies that were three person crews and greg did the same work by himself. Happened to be home at the time of his work, so I was able to watch him do his work diligently each and every day. The guy is totally amazing. He was like a machine. It has been about a month since he finished his work, and we are very very happy with the results. Friends and neighbors are totally impressed by the job he has done. Plan on having a party towards the end of February, and hoping to have Craig come and be exposed to some contacts that might give him further work. He started his work as a stranger to me, but left as a friend. I would gladly recommend him to anyone of my friends or family and I will certainly use him for the future in my home.

Greg is great - VERY responsive. Excellent follow through. Flexible in terms of scheduling in order to meet customer needs. I would highly recommend him to others. It is such a relief to find a responsive and responsible handyperson!!!

We were so glad that Greg was able to fit us into his busy schedule right after the Flood of 2013. We were desperate for help, and very pleased with our first use of Angie's List to help find a contractor. Greg was able to perform all of the services that we needed, working very quickly and professionally. We especially appreciated that he always kept in contact with us, letting us know exactly when he would arrive and keeping all of his scheduling promises. As others have said, Greg works alone and yet gets a lot done in a short amount of time. He has high standards for the end result of his work and we were very pleased with all of the repairs that he did for us. We were comfortable with the price that he quoted for our job and felt that we got our money's worth. He also went out of his way to help us solve a problem with a piece of bedroom furniture, by building a custom wooden base for our bed which was a perfect solution. Working with Greg was a pleasure and we will call him first the next time we need a repair or painting job done.

Greg works alone and at a very brisk pace. As a solo worker, smaller jobs are his forte. For our drywall and insulation job, he seemed very organized, and he got a lot done in a little time. He paid attention to minimizing mess and to cleaning up after himself. He was very good about keeping in touch regarding the commencement of the work and trying to fit it in. (His prior job ran a little longer than expected.) His price was good, and we would use him again. We have already recommended him to others.

Greg did a great job with the framing in the basement. Always kept me up to date and discussed possible design changes. He did a great job with the final paint job as well. He was always friendly, on time, and professional. He was in constant communication in regards to timing and coming and going. I felt very comfortable with having him in the house even by himself. He is very respectful of other peoples property and very trustworthy. Thanks Greg! :) Isabella loves her new space!

Greg did an outstanding job on painting our bedrooms and bathrooms. With all the recent floods he was a little backed up but did a great job communicating with us as to when he would get to our project. When the project began he was very efficient and clean. I've had a number of painting projects over the years and I will say Greg took the time to cover furniture and prep rooms more so than any other painter to ensure the project came out pristine! I absalutely love our results and would not only recommend Greg but will be using him again soon for other projects!

We were very happy with his work, and would definitely use him again if we weren't moving out of state; but will refer family and friends to him for their needs.
