Hung, taped, and floated about 400 square feet of sheet rock on a basement ceiling. ?Also plastered a basement wall to cover old texture.

Greg came and painted our dining room, living room, and hallway. He was great! He patched all the holes, did a great job with the masking, and painted quickly and efficiently--he actually finished faster than he expected, and adjusted the price accordingly. He even cleaned up a rough spot in the nearby ceiling where we'd had a water leak and had to break the paint to allow the water to drain. That wasn't even part of his bid! And the paint job looks great!

Greg and Austin did a great job! They went the extra mile and fixed a lot of little things that weren't explicitly on our list, but that needed to be done to make the house look presentable. We will definitely use their services again!

Greg (and his friend Austin) did a number of jobs to get out house ready for market - painting, finishing some flooring work, grouting, fixing molding, drywall repairs, and various other fixes.

He did a great job. He even went the extra mile. He removed some crown molding for us and painted a portion of our loft. Both needed to be done, but we were planning to do that ourselves. He just did it and didn't charge extra. I highly recommend Greg for interior painting.

Greg (and his friend Danny) did an awesome job!! They were so efficient they finished quicker than he expected! (and adjusted the cost accordingly) He was great to give his opinion of what he thought would look good, was very considerate of our requests to do certain rooms first, etc. Both guys were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends, neighbors, and definitely be calling him again for other projects! I was very impressed- he is going to be my go-to home renovation project guy if I need anything done in the realm of what he is willing to do.

Greg is an artist and was wonderful to work with He did a BEAUTIFUL job on our 32 year old house I wish I had known of him years ago He matched our paint EXACTLY and made the baseboards look beautiful and seal out mice, etc. He didn't seem to mind added on "by the way, since you are here" little jobs His final fee was less than that quoted I recomend Greg very highly and my friends are now calling him for their projects

All went very well. Greg did perhaps 50% of our remodel work; we also had new flooring put in throughout and had extensive work done on our stairs by other contractors. Greg worked very well with the other contractors, and also helped coordinate much of the work as far as timing and dividing up tasks. The other workers that Greg hired were very professional, friendly, and quality-oriented. He is very, very quality-oriented, and it showed. He also has an eye for design, and gave us his thoughts and opinions on what he thought would go well with our remodel. We like that in a contractor, and ended up doing several of the things he suggested. He was good at setting expectations, and was timely and well organized. He has a lot of connections, and was able to get us connected with other contractors that utilized hard-to-find skills. His charges were fair and accurate, and he is good at communicating.

His and his partners' work was thorough and spot on. I have never seen such hard-working folks on any job site. I would hire him and his crew in a heartbeat again. Meticulous comes to mind, as does pleasant and smart. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

I spoke with Greg Lynch and gave him my timeline. He couldn't meet my timeline, but he told me his associate Danny would be able to meet the timeline. Danny called me later that day, met me the next morning and said he could start the job a week from that day. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take him and how much paint would be needed. He called and gave me an estimate an hour later over the phone. The morning the job started he showed up on time and within an hour of prep work he began to repair, sand and paint. He kept the work area clear so that we could maneuver around the area to continue our office work. He finished up the two office spaces in two days. The repairs he made couldn't even be detected. The offices both looked brand new after 20 years of settling, use and abuse. Danny was very professional and easy to work with. He did what he said he would do and did it in a timely manner. We will definitely call Danny the next time we need this type of work done.

My husband and I are so pleased with how everything turned out! The new ceiling fan and paint look absolutely amazing, Greg did a wonderful job. You can really tell how much pride he takes in his work when looking at the finished product. He was great to work with, very professional, trustworthy, and very helpful when it came to guiding us on picking paint colors and finishes. From start to finish this was a terrific process and we would absolutely use Lynch Home Services again and recommend Greg to anyone looking for a painter!!

Incrediable eye for detail and he made repairs as needed before painting. Greg cares about the work his does and gave us valuable insight to the first floor remodel that ultimately enhanced the entire project. He does the work of a team of four men. He is honest, very trustworthy and a hard worker. It was a great pleasure to have met him. This project could not have happened with out him. I highly recommend him.

Danny, who works with Greg, was super prompt in everything from the start. He came up with solutions to repair my oddball job requests and was very conscientious about finding the quickest, least expensive way to do the work (which was very much appreciated!!). He also replaced the sash cord on our 1920 weighted window, (and got the trim back on without damage to the original plaster wall) so now we are able to open & close it without using a paint stick to hold it open :) We are very pleased with how everything turned out & will def. call him again when we need more things done - and with an old house, there is always something that needs doing!!

They were incredible. Fitted us in to a hole in their schedule. Greg and Dan came on time, did a great job throughout, including prep, daily cleanup and final results. I can't say enough about these two guys.

How did it go? Famously! Greg, the owner of the company, is clearly customer oriented and works to meet customer satisfaction! Daniel, the gentleman who actually came out to do the work, well, what can we say... you just need to find a project to have done in your home so you can experience this man! Daniel provides uncommon attention to detail to his work; he is extremely considerate and professional, showing great respect for the customer; he has an amazing work ethic, which means he shows up on time, stays focused to get the job done on time, and does outstanding work! Besides that, Daniel is just a great guy: someone that you'd want to meet! We would unconditionally recommend this company to others!

I had about a 2' x 2' hole in the ceiling which needed drywall repair and some texture spray. Danny set up, did the job expertly, checked in with me about the details, and asked me if I was satisfied with the texture part at the end. He did an excellent job, and was finished in less than 2 hours. Fastest drywall job I've ever seen. I would call Greg and Danny again in a heartbeat. They do excellent work, are polite and professional, honest, and their prices are fair. I recommend them.

Greg arrived promptly when scheduled, did a thorough amount of prep work and even brought samples to help us choose the paint color. The actual painting job is PERFECT. Perfect edges, perfect coverage. And to top it off, Greg left my kitchen cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend Lynch Home Services for any painting job.

We have ordered the Safe Racks and used them before for overhead storage in our garage in a previous house...so thought nothing of ordering them through Costco again. Unfortunately it was not easy to find someone to install them in CO like it was in FL. We called several 'handyman' services as the mfg suggested, and were so impressed with Greg. He not only returned our call but passed our info on to his handyman Dan that does work in our area. Another returned the call but said it would cost too much since they were out of Denver, and another said they would get back to us and never did. Dan promptly contacted us and scheduled the install. Dan was great...did a fantastic job, was very personable and we'll keep him in mind for other jobs in the future. We highly recommend his work and got a quote for interior painting as well. Greg even followed up with a phone call to see how the install went and to make sure we were pleased. So happy to have found both Greg and 'Dan the handyman' as I know we'll be using them again for future work. It's great to know there are quality people out there that go above and beyond what is expected...especially moving to a new area!

He did an awesome job, very thorough. He worked quickly and was very professional. A very easy person to work with. Definitely plan on using him again in the future.

Greg & Dan have been fantastic. Great work, fair price, punctual and very polite. You can't go wrong with these guys. I will be using them for all my future small home projects.

Greg was the only contractor out of four that returned my phone call. He was able to fit my project in the same week due to having to reschedule an outdoor project because of bad weather. From the start, communication between myself and Greg about the estimate, scheduling, etc was great. My paint project included walls and very high ceilings. Greg and his partner did an excellent job and were careful working around furniture that couldn't be easily moved. The project took two days. Greg and his partner cleaned the area well at the end of each day. He even took genuine interest and gave advice when I asked about ideas for a kitchen remodel. The only reason I gave a "B" for price is that I had no other quotes for comparison. I had a great experience with Lynch Home Services and highly recommend their work.

It went perfectly! Greg did such a great job with the doors, and Greg's right hand man Danny did an excellent job cleaning up the dry-wall, texturing and priming it. Overall the project took a few weeks to finish everything, but Greg was super flexible with our busy schedule. Greg and Danny always showed up on time, they are super friendly and will answer any question you have about the project. Greg switched out a ceiling light for a fan and wasn't satisfied with the existing mounting brackets (the fan would wobble a bit), so he installed new ones. I would definitely hire these guys again!!!

This is the second time I’ve used Lynch for interior painting, etc. Apparently Greg has gotten pretty busy, so he sent his employee Danny to complete the job. Greg and Danny go way back and as promised there was no drop off in the level of service. I found Danny to be fast, neat and very respectful of my home – an all-round great guy.

If you live up north in Fort Collins don't bother with contacting this guy! It is not worth it for him to drive up north for small jobs, as so he said. He basically said find someone who is local to Fort Collins instead of him. Sucks when people turn down any type of work needed done while people are ready to pay. We will be searching for other services.
