Greg was great to fit my painting needs into his schedule so that i could get this done in time for my move. He is very skilled in painting with meticulous work on edges and wanting to be flexible with possible needed color change. He also noticed a hole punched in wall from door knob--patched it and added door stoppers. When I viewed the finished work, the clean up was awesome with all details covered. I would highly recommend Greg and his dedicated work to attack whatever job presents itself with amazing energy and resolve.

We've just experienced professional painting the way it was meant to be. Fantastic service from the very first contact with Greg to the finish?right on time, just as promised. Greg jumped through hoops to accommodate our tight schedule. He and his assistant Danny arrived exactly as promised, took extreme care to cover all carpet in the rooms plus the stairs and paths into the house. Their standard service is three coats of paint. Seriously awesome. I don't often use the words flawless and impeccable to describe this kind of service. But that's what we got. A flawless, impeccable job. I have never seen such exact cut-ins, straight lines and not a hint anywhere of the colors they covered. Greg and team even vacuumed all of the rooms before they left. Truly, remarkable. Not a drop, spill, missed spot or problem of any kind. We will never shop painters again. Lynch Home Services is our go-to company from here on out!

Greg was working at my elderly mother's house. He fit our job into his busy schedule, but was nicely accommodating when my mother was ill and we needed to reschedule.He did a great job. I was amazed how much work he got done in just one day. Although he works fast, the quality is very good. We agreed before we scheduled the work that I would provide the some of the materials and select a paint color. Greg provided a very large collection of paint sample cards that was quite helpful with selecting a paint color - he then provided the paint that he likes.I will likely hire him again for general handyman work and interior painting.

We had to fix some duct work above our bathroom that required ripping open the ceiling. We hired Greg to repair, texture, and paint the ceiling after that duct work was completed. It went swimmingly! He even installed a new bathroom fan for us! He's a great guy to work with (although can sometimes be busy, thus the 4 start on responsiveness), but we've relied upon his services a number of times and have been very happy overall.

Greg has a great work ethic. He has great ideas and was fair and fun to work with. He is great about keeping in touch, following through and doing quality work. I will be using Greg again and highly recommend him to others. I wish you could see my baseboards they are perfection.

We purchased a home in Loveland while still living out of state. Wanted work completed before we arrived. Greg was beyond helpful !! Everything I asked was done with suggestions that helped my decision making on colors selected. Greg was great on 'checking the house' while there and found some problems with the hot water heater we did not know about. We have never met in person, but I know him as if we have. He did everything and more - paint job is beautiful and no clean up left behind. Great to work with ( long distance - makes him extraordinary.) Now that we are here; I Wish he did the 10 other things we need done.

Nobody else would help me with this project. I have been trying to get rid of this diving board steel base for many years. I would search for someone and nobody would do it so I gave up. Greg said he would come out between jobs and take a look at it. He came out today. He tried a few things and got them out with lots of hard work. I can't believe that thing is finally gone. Our expectations were greatly exceeded and would recommend Greg to anyone. There were a few tricky tasks to figure out and he nailed them all. The next time we have any work needed in our home, we're calling him first.

We had a laundry list of handyman-type items to be completed before we hosted out-of-town guests. Greg worked to fit me into his schedule and to complete the work before their arrival. Greg and his co-worker worked efficiently and skillfully. Everything was done by the end of the day, including clean-up! Greg is a craftsman who really cares about doing a job right. He also tries to be as cost effective as possible, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend Lynch Home Services to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

Greg performed a number of tasks on my 3 bedroom condo to prepare it for rental: Painted the upper floor (3 bedrooms, hallways, closets), and the lower level bathroom Installed and painted baseboards on the lower level (atrium, living/dining, kitchen, bathroom) Replaced damaged shelving in 2 bedroom closets and the hall linen closet Repaired and insulated the front door frame Rigged a wooden support (and painted it) for the broken bottom track of the back patio sliding glass door Added hinges to the broken electrical panel door (and painted the electrical panel frame and door) Added screws to upstairs flooring (as carpet was already removed) to lessen floor squeaking He was really easy to work with - quickly understanding the required work and offering great suggestions for those areas which were less obvious. The quality of the work is superb and was completed on schedule and close to budget (as the last three tasks above were added after work began those did not appear in the original quote). Accepted payment is by cash or check only so I had to get a check cut from my bank, but it was no biggie. I would certainly recommend Greg for tasks related to the items above since I'm very happy with the results and I greatly appreciated his professionalism, on-time delivery, and excellent ideas! I have since moved into a new condo in the same area and have already started a list of tasks I'll ping Greg for when I have the budget! :)

Greg did good work. He came in on weekends in order to get my project done before he went on vacation. He also cleaned up after himself. That's a big deal to me. It was an insurance-paid project, and Greg's estimate came in within what my insurer was able to pay for the scope of work that Greg performed. All in all, it went very well. Greg is at the top of my list of contractors to call if I ever need work done again for two reasons, first of course is that the work is done properly, and second, because I can trust him inside my house. To give you an idea of my background and the lens through which I evaluate contractors, I manage multi-million dollar ($15M - $85M) construction projects for a $7 billion a year construction company.

Greg did a fantastic job painting my living room, kitchen, and a small bathroom. He was punctual, he was neat, the paint job looks great, patched holes nicely, clean and neat lines, and he kept his work area clean as well. He also fixed a door lock that was broken even though that wasn't in the scope of the job. He was very easy to get along with and I would definitely hire him again.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the completed work and were impressed with Greg's professionalism. We would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

It didn't go at all. Very poor response/customer service. Contacted 4-5 for an interior paint estimate. Lynch replied timely 4-6 regarding calling me about an estimate on Sat, 4-8. I thought meant he would call me to set up an estimate. I emailed that I would not be home until after 4:00 PM. Got email 4-8 that only time Lynch could be at my house was 1:00 on 4-8. Since I had already told him that wouldn't work, I didn't call him back. I had not since heard anything from him until an email today, 4-19, saying he hadn't been in my area at all to do an estimate in 2 weeks. One, I would have appreciated at least a call from him in that extended time period... Two, if he is so busy that he doesn't need my job, he should at least just say that. Will not be contacting him again to see if he can make time to come and give me an estimate.

I contacted Greg with a request for work to be completed on relatively short notice. He was flexible with timing and managed to work around my schedule. He was punctual, straightforward and honest.

This project went very well. Greg was prompt and very professional. The job was done on time and to specification. The room had some challenges such as a baseboard heater and some studs that were not aligned. Everything came out looking good. Danny did a great job on the mud/skim coat. The room had one existing wall and Danny was able to finish all corners/edges cleanly. We primed and painted the room and it really looks great. We would definitely use Greg and his team again.

Greg is reliable, professional, neat, extremely efficient & pleasant to be around. He pays great attention to detail and you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his jobs, work ethic, and reputation. He matched the 20 year old trim and texture like a pro and even voluntarily painted the office ceiling because he pointed out to me how much better it would look. It looks like our walls were like this all along! They look amazing! His assistants Danny and Andrew helped him to do an impeccable job. Greg did his best to make the job happen as quickly as possible to meet our needs. He also was especially aware that my husband was working at home and tried to be the least disruptive as possible. He left our house very clean, neat, and better than before! We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again in the future if the need arises.

Removal of the wall paneling in the family room left significant damage to the drywall because the paneling was glued and nailed. Greg had Danny resurface the walls to a flawless smooth surface. Greg painted the walls and then installed a hardwood oak floor.He was meticulous with every detail of the installation. He also removed the recessed lights in the kitchen and arranged for cam light installation by an electrician. Greg's attention to detail is incredibly rare for a contractor and he strives to meet his client's expectations. No games or excuses, he is reliable, works hard, and takes pride in the finished job. He does excellent work.

Greg did a great job. He showed up for the estimate and work when he said he would and completed everything to my satisfaction. If I need more work like this done in the future I will call him first. He also moved some things around with his schedule to accommodate me which I really appreciate.

We originally called Greg because we had thought to remove the few remaining popcorn ceilings before putting our home on the market. We also had a few other small jobs that he said he could do. After talking with Greg, he suggested that we forgo doing the popcorn ceilings at this time---it is a dusty process and it would be better to do it after the house was empty. He suggested that we give the new owners his business card and they could have it done before moving in. We appreciated his honesty and the possibility of losing out on a job. We did have Greg do several small jobs for us. He repaired several areas of drywall perfectly! It is impossible to tell that there was any previous damage. For one area, we had none of the paint left; Greg went to the hardware store with a piece of the old drywall and returned with the perfect match. We thought that was something we would have to do ourselves. It took us a little while to connect with Greg due to the holidays and his being out of town, but I am glad we were persistent. He is a hard worker and does not waste any time. He sequenced the work so that one area could be drying while he worked on another area. He was friendly, pleasant, and professional to have in our home.

First, I needed this job done ASAP as I was putting the house on the market. The owner adjusted his schedule and started two days after I asked. Second, he prepped the house from the doorway all through the hall and then to the painted areas. He was so careful not to leave any sign he had been there. I only asked for one coat and the way he painted covered everything very well. Above and beyond, he fixed a part on the wall that was damaged for no extra cost. He painted both in one day which I expected would take two days. He was very careful to give directions on how long the paint would take to dry and how to upkeep. In the end, he said he didn't buy as much paint as he thought so he gave me a refund. I have had bad luck in the past with painters but I will definitely hire this company again.

Greg is a great guy who provides top-notch service for a reasonable price. Greg also works with a guy named Danny Chirinos who specializes in floating and finishing sheet rock. Danny is a great guy, easy to talk to, and a man who believes in the old school of delivering value for money. He is an absolute master of applying mud to sheet rock. He achieved a finish for us suitable for semi-gloss paint and WITHOUT sanding: no dust. Greg and Danny are the only guys I will call for sheet rock work in my house from this point forward. Steve Petersen
