We are simply amazed at how Greg Lynch was able to transform our new home from basic ugly to spectacularly beautiful in such a short time! He is a very skilled painter and has a fantastic eye for color. We were very happy when Greg called us because he felt that the color we had selected was probably not what we would want for the entire house. The color worked well for the Master Bedroom but after finishing the room, he called us to come and take a look. He was absolutely right! The color would not have worked in the rest of our home. He helped us select a few different colors and applied each on different areas of the room with various light sources. We then were able to select a much better color for the rest of the house. We also needed Greg to be able to complete the work in a very narrow time-frame. We were closing on our new home on a Friday and our movers were coming the next Friday. Greg was able to get everything done (even with a few changes) during that time. We would highly recommend Greg to anyone in the area that would like a professional, skilled, efficient, and all around very nice person to help them with their project!

Our laundry room now looks beautiful. Greg Lynch did an excellent job. He is not only skilled at carpentry but also gave us good design tips. He is very dependable, proficient and personable. We are looking forward to hiring him again soon.

It went so much better than we ever could have hoped. We received four estimates for the painting we wanted done. Work included the entire first floor (great room, dining, kitchen, mud room, study and 3/4 bath with 10' ceilings), large double stairways (up and down) and long upstairs hallway. Bid included ceilings and baseboards/woodwork as well. As soon as we met Greg, we both agreed that he was our painter. His bid was very reasonable and the entire experience was wonderful. Greg is not only a fabulous painter ... he is very helpful and willing to offer advice when needed. He has a great eye for design and color and I've never met anyone who takes the time to help out in any way he can. He assisted us in color ideas, furniture style and wall art ideas. Oh my ... so thankful! Greg and his co-worker, Garrett, work together in the most efficient way possible. They are clean, respectful, and work faster than anyone we've ever hired. We have two dogs and they made the whole process as easy as we could have hoped, and with the least amount of disruption. Amazing. Greg and Garrett returned to paint our master bedroom, alcove and master bath, including ceilings, trim and window sills.) Another great experience. (Cost $1,250) By far, this was the absolute best experience we've ever had with contractors. 100% pleased. After reading all the Angies' List reviews, I wondered how someone could live up to the hype. Well, now I know!! Greg and Garrett are both fabulous painters and helpful in every way. All around great experience with Greg Lynch, the owner of Lynch Home Services. I contracted with Greg to do some work on my basement after some water damage. After initiating the project and starting the work, I decided to have French Drains installed. As a result, some of the work Greg already completed had to be removed so the new drains could be installed. Greg never complained, instead he promptly removed the sections of newly installed walls. And, then once the drains were installed, he replaced the walls again. The quality of the work was fantastic. He was professional and prompt in completing the project. In short, he did exactly what he said he was going to do! And, the project was completed while I was living 2,000 miles away in New Jersey. Greg send me periodic emails, texts and photos to communicate project details or questions. He also did a great job communicating and scheduling the work with tenants living in my house. (note: this is not just a low end rental property, this is my home....renting it out while out of Colorado for an extended period of time.) Greg also provided me with great recommendations on some options for the floor and other details and referrals (including coordination with other subcontractors, as needed.) Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Greg and Lynch Home Services.

Call Greg! You’ll be glad you did. He is a great find. He seems to be very busy but can squeeze things in. He has lots of energy and is a very cheerful and positive person. In addition, he’s a great communicator, very professional, honest and dependable and he does great work! We initially hired Greg to paint only two bedrooms and stain the deck after we closed on our house. But once we got in the house and were cleaning we realized all the open space in the house had never been painted- we had original builders grade paint from 2005. So after we saw the great job Greg did on the two bedrooms, we asked if he could possibly continue and paint most of the rest of the house before our furniture arrived the following week. He shuffled some things around and even helped approve the color. We were so happy we had him paint most everything before we moved in. Greg also fixed our bathroom shower door and replaced some exterior trim! We almost feel like we have a brand new house! Once we get a little more settled, we’ll be calling him to paint the other bedroom and the office. Too bad he doesn’t do exterior painting!

From the beginning Greg's communication was excellent. He was always responsive, through email or text. He was honest and gave me a suggestion on some work that I would like to get done. For example, at first, I was thinking of having him to tile my bathroom. But after he looked at the basement floor, he said that he couldn't do it because the floor needed lots of prep. He suggested that I went with the flooring company instead. Because they could do a better job of doing the flooring with that kind of floor conditions. I appreciate his honesty about his skill. Greg is also professional, respectful and polite. I asked him not to wear shoe while in my house. He took off/put on his shoes when going in and out my house. I appreciate that he respected my home. I hired Greg to do the painting for my basement (incl closet, and bathroom), vanity and faucet install (basement bathroom). Even though I can't move all my stuff out of my basement, he was flexible and able to make it work. He and his team worked fast. It took only a day to finish painting. The work is great, the line is clean. The painting went smooth but the vanity installation hit a little snafu. But, he promised to come back in two days since he had already had a job line up the next day. He came back in two days and finished the job. Since he was in my house, I asked him if he could replace the old faucet in my master bathroom. He was able to squeeze in the faucet replacement work on that day. When I was about to pay him, he told me that he wouldn't charge me for the additional faucet replacement work in my master bathroom plus he gave me additional $50 discount because of the snafu. I was surprised but also appreciate his gesture. To me, it shows that he stands by his work quality and work ethics. I would definitely hire him again for future projects around my home.

Great! Greg & team did a wonderful job of getting the work done in a clean and fast manner. Lines are all perfect and no spills or damage done. Cleaned up and made the house look like new in record time.

I can’t say enough about Greg’s work. He was on time and responsive. Greg was able to bring everything needed from a few pictures and quote me fairly. Greg was fast and efficient. He had to deal with trying to figure out he matching paint as we weren’t sure which one it was from the previous owners paint stash. Greg cleaned everything up and it was like he was never there. Greg did some drywall repair for us. It was a tricky job along stair risers. I am very picky about the details and was a bit nervous about it. He did a great job! I was very impressed with him and his work. We will definitely be using him again.

Greg was professional, responsive, punctual, friendly, communicative, neat and the quality of the work was great. He went above and beyond to stop and the store to pick up a special piece for one of the places that needed work.

They are top notch. Professional. Honest. The best quality. Honestly, we have no complaints, only compliments. You cannot even tell where the drywall was repaired. The paint job was superior. They are probably not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. Prompt, professional, superior work. I usually hesitate to recommend anyone, but have no hesitation here whatsoever!! You will not go wrong hiring them.

If you're considering someone new for house painting or handyman work, you might be worried about whether or not this unfamiliar person will over-charge you or otherwise take advantage of you. I can give you two reassuring examples of how Greg won't overcharge you. While here to provide an estimate, he took care of a small job on the spot and free of charge. He could have charged us for the work or rolled it into his estimate, but instead, he just took care of it right then and there. On the back end of the work, he surprised us by charging us only half of his estimate for one of the jobs because it turned out to be easier than expected. Greg also busts his tail while he's working. He works hard and non-stop while he's on the job. At one point I made him assure me he had grabbed some calories while I wasn't looking because it seemed to me like he'd been working hard non-stop the whole day. Greg does an excellent job. My wife and I painted most of the house ourselves because we figured nobody we'd hire would care about the details the way we would. But we hired Greg to paint the most challenging areas -- like where we have high walls and ceilings over stairs with lots of windows to trim. While we made great memories painting our new home, it's almost embarrassing how much better the areas Greg painted look. His trim lines are flawless. Despite the memories, we almost wish he'd done the whole house now. A couple more details worth noting: Greg is experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to picking and matching colors. We valued his opinions on what colors to put where and why. He was also open and skilled at explaining how we can improve some of our, um, weaker trim lines. If you're looking for a smart, trustworthy hard worker to paint your house or take care of some handyman work, I highly recommend Greg Lynch.

From the first day I contacted Greg he was prompt to reply & set up an estimate walk through in a short time. Greg showed up on-time, was professional & neat in appearance. Greg gave me a cost estimate within a short time as he predicted. I accepted the estimate and we agreed on a start date. Greg and his assistant works 3 days, always on-time, worked efficiently and cleaned the area daily. The completed paint project was vey excellent. Holes, dents & cracks filled. Seams caulked nicely. The paint application was consistent walls & ceiling. The trim was another color. The separation line between the colors was perfectly sharp & straight. No slopped paint overlap. Paint jobs don't get better than Greg's work. Highly professional & excellent to the highest standard. I will definitely ask for Greg's help on future projects. Greg has my highest recommendation. It went great, Mr Lynch was very professional and did an absolutely superb painting job on my Master Bedroom. I recommend him highly !

1. The job was started (and completed) ahead of schedule. Final outcome was of high quality and with exceptional attention to detail. 2. As this job was part of a whole house remodel, and first one that I have ever undertaken, I had a lot of questions and especially appreciated Greg's willingness to take the time to help me think through the order of different elements (e.g., remove existing carpet before or after painting? re-paint existing baseboard or remove and replace baseboard? remove a single row of existing tile backsplash in the kitchen and risk of damaging the drywall, if tile guy did not do the job correctly, or live with current backsplash and just re-paint?). As this was the first part of a bigger remodel, and I did not use a general contractor, I asked Greg more questions than I needed to ask persons who performed other jobs later in the overall remodel, and he was always patient and professional in responding and willing to offer referrals for other parts of the remodel. 3. Greg was also willing to do a few small additional elements that I had not anticipated (e.g., hanging new light fixtures) for the price of original bid. The flexibility on this point made a great overall impression rather than "nickel and diming" over small changes (this was in lieu of hanging a new ceiling fan, included in original bid that I decided to remove but not replace). 4. I obtained three quotes for this job. One was significantly lower and one was slightly lower. I went with the higher price because I liked the fact that the owner of the company would be on site most days. This was worth it in terms of Greg's willingness to have his employee finish up a few elements that I otherwise would have needed to pay a handyman to do, and for the exceptional attention to detail.

Because I was moving in from out of state to Longmont, I was looking for someone I could trust to give me honest opinions about the size of the job and how long it would take, but also able to work with me being remote. Greg was extremely responsive to emails, calls, and texts throughout my job, and was willing to answer the many questions I had. Over the course of the work, he would check in with me often with updates, which I appreciated greatly. He's also a really friendly guy--he gave me and my family some nice recommendations of things to do around town (knowing that we were relocating from out of state). After job completion, the quality of Greg's work speaks for itself--the interior looks like a brand new house. I'd definitely use Lynch Home Services again--no question.

Greg is absolutely amazing. We had a few other contractors in during the same time and working with Greg was by far the smoothest, easiest and most professional contractor that we worked with. Our interaction started with contacting a handful of painters including Greg. Most of these painters either didn't call back, didn't show up or did a very quick, high level walk through of the work. Greg responded promptly to the request for work, scheduled a time to come by and was there when he said he would be. He spent almost an hour going through all the details of the project and took meticulous notes which made me feel like his quote was going to be correct. He was not the cheapest quote I got, but his quote was the only one I really trusted. The project was dependent on our closing on the new house and the date changed a couple of times. Greg worked closely with us on the timing of the project and was really helpful not only in planning the work he was doing but helping me schedule the other contractors so that everything worked together well. The work that Greg did for us was amazing. Everything worked out so well from a timing perspective, but also from a quality perspective. Every piece of the work that was done was extremely professional and well done. Greg did much of the work himself along with a couple others working for him, but it just made me feel better to have the owner overseeing and doing the work. We made numerous changes throughout the process and Greg rolled with those amazingly well. He was upfront about additional costs that our changes would incur and was thorough in understanding what we wanted. Communication is key in a project like this. Greg was by far the best contractor I have ever worked with across everything I did, but his communication really stands out. He responds to email, text and phone calls and always gets back to me promptly. This in itself made the project so much less stressful. He even went so far as to let me know what other contractors were doing when we were not able to be around. It really bugs me when a contractor asks for full payment up front and I just won't do that again as I got in a bad situation recently with pre paying. Greg asked for regular payments throughout the process that were reasonable and coincided with the work that was completed. He didn't even ask for final payment until after we had a complete walkthrough and he had completed everything we had asked for. I ended up giving him a bonus/tip on top of the amount of the quote which I have never even thought of doing perviously, simply because it was such a pleasure to work with him. I cannot say enough good things about Greg. We had him come back already for a second smaller project and will definitely have him back for more.

We feel we are living in a new house! The walls are smooth, he was able to match texturing where needed, the paint job was perfect. We couldn't be happier. Greg is incredibly efficient and professional and trustworthy! We enjoyed having him in our home. We will definitely call him next time we need some work done.
