Description of Work: New plants, trees and boulders in our yard -- to spruce-up and compliment our new, stamped-concrete front entryway and backyard patio. Landscaper was very professional and volunteered other services at no charge. They also removed lots of old, river-rock and replaced with fresh, new grass (sod). All plants and trees were guaranteed and they instructed us on how to water...and how to NOT water. These guys (husband & wife team) are professionals! During planning and design stage, they asked about and worked within our budget.

 + -1 moreThey did an unbelievable job. They came and did the work for us last year and people are seeing the results of it this years. The results were spectacular. It took them about 30 days. They have completely changed the look of our house. It's absolutely beautiful. We had a concrete company come in and change the sidewalk around the house. They brought in new sod . Our grass is really green. I have told many friends about them. I could not recommend them high enough .The owner Terry and his partner came out. they were fantastic to work with. I know everything that was going. There was never any surprises with the price. They had to uproot some trees. The root ball was covered in plastic. They replanted them for us. They did top notch work. We had zero problems with it. We have five zone and a drip. We didn't have that before. I have done a lot of business with companies over the years. By far, Ludington exceeded my expectations. They are like family. I don't think anybody could have given us a better price. They gave us the ages of the plants and we didn't go with the youngest ones. It could have been a lot more expensive. They were recommended to us by our broker when we bought the house. We couldn't have been happier. I would use them again and I would plead with a neighbor to use them. Our yard just stands head and shoulders above our neighborhood. Perry and his wife came over and worked with us because we are new to the Colorado area. We had no ideas what kind of plants to put in our yard. we are from North Carolina. I felt like the were better equipped to tell us what to put in our yard. We have something blooming all the time. It's very colorful. It fits our personality. That was important to both my husband and I. Perry and his crew worked to make sure our desires were fulfilled. We had a ride away and utility boxed. Perry worked to hide them. You can"t see any of them. They worked to cover them. They backyard looks like a putting green.
Description of Work: I have used Ludington Landscapes.They landscaped the front and back yard. they put in irrigation and had to take out the old system. They had to grade and plant. They had to completely do out back yard. They built retaining walls in the front and back yard.

 + -1 moreJudy and Terri designed and completed the work themselves and their staff, no communication breakdowns due to subcontractor involvement. Judy and Terri are very professional, honest people and a joy to work with. You cannot go wrong with Ludington Landscapes; you will receive the very best product and service.
Description of Work: Front and backyard landscaping project - see pictures. House was built in 10/01/2004 and both the front and back yards needed to be landscaped from scratch. Highlights are Judy's expertise with Plants, Shrubs, Tree's and proper placement of all in relation to your environment. Terri is amazing with rock work, in my case Colorado rose flagstone, he offers a very unique process of cutting flagstone (again see pictures) . My house is location on the Vista Ridge golf course and am constantly receiving comments by passing golfers offering their praises with how well the landscaping looks.

 + -1 moreI have been trying to get a hold of them for a month and they will not call me back.
Description of Work: They did our landscaping a year ago. Within the year a shrub died and they replaced it. That same shrub died and I have been trying to get them to replace it.
