+ -1 moreI contacted Lookout Renovations for a small bathroom remodel project. The owner, Brian, came to our home and reviewed the project and indicated he would be in touch within a week or two since he was going to be out of town for awhile. I was in not huge rush so I waited, and waited and waited. At week 4 I emailed Brian to inquire as to the status of my estimate, he emailed back promptly and said my estimate had "fallen through the cracks" but would put one together on his flight out of town and would get back in touch in a week or so. I have never heard back from him. It is very clear that either Brian is too busy flying in and out of town to run his business or he was simply not interested in a small renovation project like mine, even though they advertise small renovation projects on their website. Take the advice of this company and Lookout! Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Description of Work: No work was performed as the owner was, apparently, not interested in my renovation project.

+ -1 moreDid not level floor as asked Used scab pieces of concrete board in shower not full sheets. Did not level pan for shower . Ruined linoleum so had to reinstall linoleum. Did not do texture. Grout in between tile cracked and fell out in less than one year. Shower was installed to tight and shattered in less than one year was charged to replace shower door. So clearly there was no professionalism or concern for quality.
Description of Work: Partial master bathroom remodel. replaced floor with linoleum asked to level floor before installing floor, replaced shower pan, replaced drywall with concrete board and install new tile and texture. New shower door

Description of Work: They came out on time and hooked up my dryer cord, vent, unplugged shower drain, installed motion garage lite and changed door locks. they did great work and in a timely manner. Would recommend to others.
