KNUTE'S ANTIQUE & RESTORATION

Description of Work: Made several calls trying to set up a time to deliver a chair to be repaired. When I finally got an answer, I was told the owners were on vacation and would return in a week. I called again the following week--both business number and cell phone--and left messages; no return call. When I finally reached someone, I was told they were getting ready to run errands so would not be in the shop that day. Another week went by before I could arrange transportation for the chair again; this time, I was told the owners were packing to go on vacation! I expressed my frustrations in what I thought was a civil way, and was told I could leave the chair that afternoon. Owner's wife called back a few minutes later to warn me that her husband would lose his temper and become "VERY UGLY" (her words) if I complained about lack of service to him. Needless to say, I decided to find someone else to fix the chair!
