+ -1 moreJLB Services arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, got right to work and winterized the sprinkler system. We have nine zones, which I think is more than most, but the technician made sure that all were fully blown out. I had scheduled JLB on-line, very easy to do. I will definitely use JLB Services again.

Description of Work: JLB Services has provided repair and winterizing services for my two rental houses in Firestone Colorado on two occasions. Jeff, the main guy, is terrific. You can sign up for an appointment online. He is prompt, extremely competent, and reasonably priced. On my first encounter, which was last summer, he came to fix a leak. I showed him where I thought the leak was (water had been turned off, tenants not home), he dug, no leak there. SO, he came back the next day (when tenants were home), no extra charge for the 2nd visit!. Found the leak, dug, repaired a valve and so on. He is the greatest!

+ 0 moreServiceman arrived right on time. Dug up the area I knew had the leak, then checked out the remaining system and found two more leaks that he repaired. He talked me through when I should blow out the system in the fall and gave me a price for that service. I thought the price and services were excellent.

Description of Work: He winterized my sprinkler system ($45) last fall and also came out this spring to repair my sprinkler system ($55 for labor plus parts).
