Delayed the date. But Overall , we are satisfied by the result.

Juan and his team were extremely good. They arrived right on the expected date and got right down to work. They did an excellent job of preparing the grounds and setting the molding lumber for the concrete pour. Once the pour was made they worked diligently, even bringing more labor over, to insure the concrete was fully surfaced before the concrete had hardened too much. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations in every regard. The concrete is much thicker than minimal requirements, and the guys added a drain line under the sidewalk that was not part of the original scope of work. The sidewalk contains rebar reinforcement, and they took the time to drill holes into the house foundation and laid some of the rebar into the house to insure the sidewalk is properlly anchored to the house, and will not shift during winter freezes or spring thaws. Price asked for the work was extremely reasonable, and again somewhat less than expected. Totally satisfied with the work. I will absolutely have these folks back again when I redo the builders driveway that has cracked badly due to improper preparation before the driveway was poured and once repaired.
