+ 0 moreI hired Greg for a pretty straight-forward job. He came pleading to me for 25% more than our signed contract because he underbid the drywall. I reluctantly agreed to split it with him. Now, the two-week job is going on six weeks with no end in sight! Greg has no control over his subs and this is incredibly frustrating.

+ 0 moreHe was very thorough in evaluating the trusses in the attic and feasibility of our plan. He was prompt, professional, efficient and got the job done in 2 days. The finish detailing was excellent, as the new drywall that he put in matches the old perfectly. It looks like the wide opening was always there.
Description of Work: Greg removed 4 feet of a load-bearing wall between our living room and kitchen.

+ 2 moreHe is a good manager and a very skilled craftsman. We are very happy with him. The work was satisfactory. It is a small company so things took a little longer than they should have, but that is mostly the city's fault. You have to keep on him about the cost because he used a lot of subcontractors, but I have heard that is common in any construction business.
Description of Work: We extended the house, this involved a two story push out. We had him do everything that we needed done including plumbing, drywall, drilling holes, etc.
