Description of Work: They came ot our house to help clean up our home computer. This included remoivng viruses and helped speed up our computer.

Description of Work: I called Terri on Friday afternoon because I was getting a message on my computer saying something to the effect of "please locate hard drive and reboot," and I did not understand this message. Terri was very kind, and explained that, most likely, the message sounded as though my hard drive had crashed and that the computer "could not locate it." She offered to work with me on Monday, but I was too panicked to wait until Monday. She apologized for being located east of Longmont, but said that I was welcome to bring the computer to her that day (I would have driven to Billings, Montana if I had needed to). She was very kind & encouraging, and told me she'd work on it as time permitted that weekend. She called me on Saturday to say that she was able to completely recover my hard drive, and would also replace the power source with one with a much quieter fan. Her husband was able to bring the computer back Monday morning for me to pick up at his work near my home in Denver.
