G & M disposal

We switched to this company in October 2018 to pick up our residential trash and recycling. At first it went great. They picked up the trash weekly and the recycling biweekly. Then, in mid-December, we were notified that they were quitting the residential trash business and transferring our account to another company. This caused us total confusion as to when and whether our trash was being picked up during the holiday season. Our new trash company finally picked up our very full trash and recycling containers yesterday (Jan 5th) - and dumped them both into the same trash truck! So now I have to begin the search again for a residential trash company that will actually send the recycling to be recycled. Thanks a lot G & M! 1) They must have known in October that they were quitting the business and they shouldn't have taken our account. 2) They should have given us information, at least a month prior, about other residential trash and recycling removal companies and let us choose where to transfer our account.
