Couldn’t have been better. Javier came out first thing in the morning to see what was going on, even though it was a holiday. He put us on his busy schedule and got it fixed quickly.

The winterization seemed to be done correctly. In May, Javier gave me estimates for installing grass and repairing the sprinkler system. I paid him a deposit for this work. When he had not even scheduled the job after more than a month, I hired someone else and asked Javier to return my deposit. It took him two months to return the full deposit.

I was always polite & tried to communicate- but that was difficult, too; it was a time-gobbler for me - & he didn't retain/recall a thing that I said.

Bad. They never showed up. Or even tried to fix their mistake.

Showed up on time; completed work as agreed. Easy to work with.

As described in work section, Javier never followed through with the appointment, and didn't call. Total waste of time contacting him for his services.

We have a small lot. It's a reliable service but it seems expensive for a small lot.

It went great. He did a very though job and I am hoping to have him back to do some landscaping.

Their work was excellent. They showed up on time to do the estimate, and then they showed up[ on time to do the work. They got the work done in the time they said they would, and they charged the amount they said it would cost. I'm very pleased with the performance of Flores Landviews.

The work was done efficiently. Manager was prompt about returning my call, scheduling and performing work. He also suggested some additional services that might be of value to me. I will know only after the winter has passed whether the irrigation system was blown out and shut down properly.

Great. They showed up when they said the would. They were very professional and seemed to really want to make everything perfect. They continued working for several hours, finishing up when it was almost getting dark. They carefully shaped the large junipers, several of them more than 15 feet high. When they were done the yard looked like a botanic garden. This is a very friendly father and son team with professional equipment and a real desire to impress the client. And they certainly impressed me. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anybody.

They are very hard workers. We've used them for weeding, fall cleanup, and a paver sidewalk.

Vendor was actually aerating a neighbor's lawn and I asked him for an estimate on my yard, which he provided immediately then aerated my lawn immediately. Shrub removal and trimming was EXCELLENT....more than I had expected.
