Great quality guys and work. We are very satisfied with everything. Fernando provided a rendering is our space, which made it very easy to visualize before they started work.

Not very professional nor caring if anything goes wrong. Great at fences, not good at sprinklers and yards. We never would've guessed this is what it would've been like working with them. Fernando is a really nice guy, but there were major issues w/installation of our sprinkler system that they did not take seriously and flooded our yard. It took them TWO times to come out and fix it when it was flooding. Now we have a sprinkler that is popped up from the ground and does not set in the ground that is broke after mowing. Fernando tried to tell us we can't mow over sprinklers and needed to use a weed whacker. However, the company that installed our sprinkler system in the front lawn we have had no issues with and sprinklers are set in ground and there has been no flooding. We thought we would branch out and use Home Advisor and try a different contractor this time and this has been a big regret. Fernando was upset he was overbooked and was taking it out on us, however, if that was the case... where is his accountability on the company's side to maybe say... perhaps we didn't schedule accordingly w/our workload? It seems very unprofessional to then put the blame on the customer. He said he felt threatened when we asked about an insurance policy for a professional liability claim. We uploaded photos of the flooded yard and texts exchanged w/Fernando on Google review for clarification and transparency. Please go look at the google review and photos we have included. We arent saying Fernando did a terrible job, but for the problems that did arise it was hard talking to him as he was very defensive and angry. It's all just been an unfortunate experience.

Colorado Sunshine is an absolutely wonderful company! Fernando, Gemma, and everyone else on their team are truly fantastic to work with and the work they do is beyond expectations. They are very professional, demonstrate great work ethic, and are very accommodating: we had some last minute additions and changes that they took care of without hesitation. We truly felt as if we were working with family. Our yard looks amazing and has exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we couldn t be happier. The team at Colorado Sunshine built a beautiful fence as well as building and awesome Paver Patio. They were extremely professional and took great pride in their work. I vetted quite a few vendors prior to choosing them because I am all about quality work for a fair price. Save some time and just hire them!!

Colorado Sunshine just completed a paver patio and with pergola for me. Fernando and his team did a amazing job and the patio looks great. Fernando was easy to communicate with and always responded immediately. He and his team were always showed up early and worked late. They worked efficiently and completed the project in about a week. Fernando was flexible and was able to make the necessary changes quickly when i made last minute requests. The final project is amazing and I have no complaints. We had to replace our property fence (about 500 feet) because the local HOA inspection did not approve of the design. I gave Fernando the drawings and specs and he provided a quote. Within a day he and his crew disassembled the old fence, procured new materials, and built a replacement fence. The work was top notch and the fence looks great. Cleanup was fast. I would highly recommend Colorado Sunshine for any project.

Great quality

Our project involved ripping out rock and sod from our back yard in order to add a retaining wall (we have an irrigation ditch) and level the yard. After this they installed a custom cedar fence with 4 inch hog rail panels. Fernando and his crew did an amazing job. We would definitely use them again.

Short version. Awesome design, met all of my requirements. Blown away by speed and quality of the landscaping work which I asked them to continue on and do. No reservations about recommending them every single time. Fernando and his team were just fantastic. Long version: Landscaping contractors are hard to read. There are so many of them, and some can talk a good game and then take 3 months because it's actually just two guys in a truck. So I was nervous until the first day when I think eight people, in safety vests showed up and began the project. I was having a full landscaping removal and replacement. Day one, the fence was out, and the new one was halfway up. Over a very short period of time, back yard slope was reduced and an excellent retaining wall installed. New French drains, new cement path from front driveway all the way to deck in backyard. Sprinklers, rocks, grass, bushes, sod, all came in waves. They used good equipment, took great care to not damage neighbor lawns, etc. On the design, I'd asked for something a little more modern, not xeriscaped, but less wasteful, and they delivered. I paid the extra for the 3D rendering which was awesome. It made it very easy to see what I was going to get. They were open to questions and suggestions, sent me the options on stuff like outside lighting and stain colors when appropriate, so again, no surprises. The worst thing I can say about the entire project was somebody forgot to toss a bottle in the trash one day. That's it. No damage, no surprises, no disappearances, none of the nightmares I've had with other landscaping projects in previous places. This was a dream. The idea of spending this much money (since it was a total redo) was very stressful, but seeing it come together so quickly and so nicely really helped a bunch. Final thought, Comcast probably didn't bury your cable deep enough, and even though it's located correctly, it will probably get ripped out. It took Comcast 3 weeks to fix it. That was not awesome and isn't Colorado Sunshine's fault. Be prepared.

Colorado Sunshine worked diligently to complete our project in a timely manner. They are artists with paving stone. And they do a good job of cleaning up after they finish their work.. I would definitely recommend Fernando and his crew.

Fernando and his guys were awesome, very professional and friendly. I would recommend getting a sample of the item you are going to use, the catalog color appeared very different than the item I received. BUT I love it and I will use them again on other projects.
