Todd and his colleague were very professional and helpful. My AC had froze so they came out and ran a bunch of tests on it, even replaced my air filter for me! Unfortunately, the AC is almost 15 years old, so will probably need replacing soon, but they got it up and running quickly and hopefully it will last another season! His pricing seemed in line with the average, and I felt he was very honest.

Todd & his co-worker were able to respond the day that we made the call to them, were on time, and were able to perform the work quickly, despite our very loud dog... The air conditioning condenser unit needed a new capacitor and electrical contact set, which they had on hand in their truck. Additionally, they noticed that the condenser coils needed to be cleaned while they were working inside the unit, and cleaned these as well. Very good work, very efficiently done! ...And, the A/C is running quieter and colder than before...

Todd is quite knowledgeable and skilled, and works quickly. I had bought all the materials online in advance, and all the AC components were there for the unwrapping. Todd is very familiar with mini-split ductless AC, and has good experience with them. He was able to weld/braize the line set copper tubing as required (we were told by others that this cannot be done). He used the installation manual to check the specs for system evacuation. They were done in about 5 hours with two zones, and we were very pleased with their work. I scheduled inspection by the building inspector and he was really impressed with the work that was done. There was only one small thing that needed to be done, and Todd came back and did Todd was able to produce the final invoice on the spot and email it to me. He is quite efficient, and we have recommended him to other people. Also, we have recommended Todd as an "installer of choice" for this area to the online retailer, eComfort. This is really the way of the future. Select what you want online, have it delivered to your house, and have flexible and knowledgeable certified people like Todd install it. We saved about 60% of what the local HVAC companies estimated for the entire job. We could not be more pleased with Todd's responsiveness and quality of workmanship. Not to mention we were using the system the same day. What a relief! Nice and cool now. By the way, we found Todd because he offered a discount coupon on Angie's List and we decided to check it out.

Todd was able to schedule the work on a Saturday morning, which made it much more convenient for us. He was right on time and brought the correct materials based on my measurements. They were done very quickly. Todd even let me borrow a tile cutting tool while he was there, as I was installing the over-the-range microwave which was bigger than the original. As before, Todd was able to produce the final invoice on the spot and email it to me. No hassles, everything was perfect and professional. We plan to be using Todd's services for years to come on all our projects that I cannot do myself.

My 3 1/2 year old hot water heater stopped providing hot water. Called CT and they came over immediately, they were able to determine the gas valve was faulty and replaced it. Very quick and efficient, priced well too. Highly recommended.

I purchased a house with a furnace and hot water heater that were literally older than me. I got 4 quotes. From talking to the 4 countractors, I felt that Todd was the best value. He has great knowledge of local codes and what was and wasn't possible based on the age of my house. The price came in spot-on to his bid, even though he actually had to replace some pipes that were not planned on. Next year, when I put a cooling system in, Todd will be my guy.

Todd replied promptly and arrived at the scheduled time. He cleaned, inspected and added coolant to my A/C and also suggested needed improvements. Awesome experience.

I called a few other companies to get estimates for this service (start-up of a swamp cooler) and found that some were too booked to get to my job for weeks, might charge extra for the height of the roof (where the swamp cooler resides-roof of a three story house requiring an extension ladder), and were about double what CT Heating charged. They arrived right on time, and were very professional and friendly. Also, I'm sure they spent double the time they had anticipated and didn't ask to charge more than their quoted price, even after I commented on how much longer it took for them to ensure it was working properly. I'll definately be calling them next fall for the shut-down of the swamp cooler, and anything else that may come up!

The installer was on time, courteous and professional. They paid attention to the details so that things looked right and functioned right. I've hired them before enough that I no longer need to get competitive bids because CT has been fair, reliable and reasonable. They have been really responsive to concerns I have expressed and went beyond what you'd expect to address those concerns. I'd hire them again.

Their price was reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable, conscientious and I really like doing business with him. I have worked with him before; he does really good work and is very easy to work with.

It was fantastic- they were responsive, open to discussing the bid and were great about communicating through the whole process. I've used them twice and would use them again.
