Treyâ s communication alone is worth the 5 stars. He was courteous, professional, and down to earth. His work and craftsmanship further validated that. When we purchased our home last year, we noticed how all of our gutter seams were failing. Given how much rain we received, we didnâ t want to experience the same this year. Our corner seams, downspouts, fascia, and soffits look brand new. I never new the joy one could experience watching water drain properly from a downspout and not the corner seam of the fascia, but I guess thatâ s homeownership as a millennial. Trey was also able to take care of some warped siding that had only worsened since purchasing the house so to say we now have peace of mind is an understatement. I highly recommend Trey; I like to think our repair was on the simpler side, but I know I could trust Trey with a bigger and more complex project. Thanks again!

A few pieces needed replaced and the paint was very chipped and peeling, and Trey got it looking like a brand new deck! The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. I found Blue Ladder on our NextDoor site. Trey was incredibly prompt when I reached out to him. He asked me to send him pics of the damage and sent me back a very reasonable quote that explained what work he thought would need need to be done and offered to stop by and confirm his quote in-person. He also sent me pics of his previous siding jobs, as well as his company insurance info. Trey is very personable, friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!

Trey showed up on time, was personable and friendly, accommodated our schedule, and did a beautiful job repairing, painting, and strengthening various broken railings, drywall patches, and stairs. We'll definitely call him again, highly recommended.

Blake worked hard to clean out our gutter seals that were leaking. I had another company do this several months ago, but they quickly began leaking again. I think and hope that this repair will "stick'.

I hired Blue ladder and was very pleased with the work Trey and his brother did. I added several other small requests and they were more than willing to help with them also. They added facia and soffit all the way around my house and fixed my leaky gutters also painted as needed. I will definitely recommend..

Trey taped our newly installed drywall and matched the existing texture. He was punctional and the communication was great. Most importantly, he stood behind his work and made sure to let us know that if anything wasn't satisfactory he would come back and fix it, he cares about his customers and seeks to keep them. They did an amazing job! They came in for an emergency repair on New Yearâ s Day and fixed up our wall quickly and professionally.

We had the soffix repaired on our home. Trey did more than what was required. He worked when it was snowing and very cold. Trey takes pride I wouldn't say work more like craftsmanship. Finished product looks great. So much so that one of our neighbors is thinking about having Trey work on his home.
